ALT A four panel comic about needing help. Panel 1: Bex is talking with a friend, The friend says to her, 'you're going to burn out if you don't let us help you!' but Bex raises her arms in a flex and replies, 'I'll be OK, trust me!' The narration reads, 'I often get told to delegate and let others help me.' Panel 2: The narration continues, 'I've gotten a lot better at it, but deep down I really do feel like I can only rely on myself.' Bex is holding up a pile of objects above her head. Triumphantly, she says, 'I can do this! This is fine!' Panel 3: Bex shakes under the weight of the objects above her head, 'this is not fine!' she gasps. The narration continues, 'I don't know if it's a trust issue or a control issue but I do know it's not good for me.' Panel 4: Bex grovels to her friend, 'you were right, please help me!' while the narration reads, 'so I need to learn to be OK with letting others take the wheel sometimes.'
