Finally, good news: Kiplinger Letter dated 9/4/20: Q3 GDP growth to be stellar: 19% or higher. Next year: Solid expansion of 3.8%. GDP back to 2019 levels by 2022. Unemployment: Below 5% by early 2023. Surprising rebound in manufacturing. Rock bottom interest rates until 2023.

Just spoke to the local Costar rep to update all of my property listings and asked if any other brokers were getting any leases done during the Corona Virus shutdown. He said that he didn't see any retail leases getting done. I must be doing something right.
Just leased the second smaller retail unit during this Corona Virus shutdown! Took a page from my 2009 playbook and got aggressive with starting rental rates and free rent.
