Agreed ✅
72 hour fast done! ✅
The good:
-Lost 9.7 lbs (although not goal)
-Mental clarity was amazing!
-Body felt great
The bad:
-some mild headaches
-didn’t sleep very well (but still felt good each day)
-body felt weak at times post workouts
Bone broth and electrolytes were life savers when headaches set in.
Overall I can’t recommend fasting enough. It really shows you how much crap you consume you DON’T need and why the average American looks the way they do.
Think I’m going to start fasting every Monday.
Hope you made it and had the same results I did.
