arthur hayes accumulated 16.79m ENA at $0.666 and fully exited by june 5. four days later janus henderson, a $480b asset manager, announced they're integrating sUSDe into treasury operations and building USDe-denominated ETFs. ENA dropped 3% on the news. USDe is $5.4b, 3rd largest stablecoin, generating over $1b annual revenue. ENA captures exactly zero of it. hayes saw the same thing the market is pricing: the product won and the token lost. until that fee switch actually activates, you're buying governance rights to a protocol that pays you nothing while institutions extract all the yield

I probably naively thought that everyone already knew this, but I was wrong so I’ll put it in writing
Anything you buy in Ordinals and Runes you should assume there is 0 utility and there will never be any utility
You should only buy because you either like
⁃The art
⁃The community
⁃The culture
⁃The meme
⁃If it makes you feel happy
⁃If it makes you feel angry
However it makes you feel, if you want to buy it then buy it
But don’t buy expecting something to be delivered
Ordinals and Runes are purely for collecting and speculating
Other chains are far better for any kind of “utility”
And even then utility doesn’t need value assigned to it
Only ever spend what you’re willing to lose
You click the buy button and you shouldn’t buy off speculation you see on twitter
Almost everyone has a motive and I get it’s hard to see what is and isn’t real
So assume everything is a meme or art
If someone miraculously builds something worthwhile then it’s a win
But there is not much you can do with Bitcoin
That’s why we love it
If you want to make money Buy Bitcoin
If you want to have fun and speculate then buy any or all of the other stuff
Some of it you might make a lot of money on, a lot of it you might lose a lot of money on
Bitcoin is the only certainty

I knew it during my childhood.
I was lucky to suffer a lot when i was 2 years old, separated from my mother and my country (and native language) before finding her again at the age of 4 and learning from this hell.
I was lucky to learn so early and became undead for ever...
All my life i promised to myself to go on creating, sharing, reuniting.
That's my Nature.
That's my gift to myself and others.
Be kind.
Be brave.
Take care of yourself and all your different families: irl and the genuine ones here in web3.
And remember this simple thing:

Ever since I joined the 6529 memes project, I knew something very very special about, something truly visionary was being created by arguably (or not arguably 😅) the biggest brain in the space.
It’s been a privilege and absolutely fascinating to be part of the journey these past three years, and see the vision being unrolled piece by piece.
Perhaps the best of it all is that it was designed from the start (both openly so and secretly so, of that makes sense) so that true believers in the vision would become the oil of the project.
