Hello @benueboypj3_ ,
You are my friend but I have lost all respect for you because I feel you need to understand that just because you cannot personally understand content creation doesn’t mean you should assume how other people should record or create.
There are posts, tweets and captions that should honestly be left for upcoming influencers. If someone wants to make professional videos at the gym, let them. Not every content is meant to make sense to your understanding.
Speaking of content that does not need to make sense to you, I’m still trying to wrap my head around the sort of videos people post in the gym performing their exercises. Saw this guy almost got crushed under a squat because he refused to use safeties. HEAVYWEIGHT! In a country where people are struggling to access basic hospital care, having injuries like this naturally raises questions about safety, priorities and end-goal.
What are your candid thoughts about that @_Somtochi
And honestly, trying to make sense of Nigeria sometimes feels like living through El Niño, with the heat turned up and absolutely no escape.
The sun is cooking everybody, electricity is expensive and unreliable, and the overall cost of living is giving people splitting headaches mehn. At this point, I don’t know whether Nigerians need an economist, a meteorologist or a therapist first. All I know is that surviving in this country requires a level of resilience that should qualify as a professional skill.

I think people can train however they want as long as they understand the risk but not using safeties on a heavy squat is stupid, there’s no other word for it. That is not content creation. That is ego.
If the video is just someone filming their set properly, then no issues. The problem is not the camera. The problem is the person who refuses basic safety and then wants to act like getting crushed is part of the grind.
You do not need to understand content creation to know that.
As for @benueboypj3_ I have no words for him, he’s such a troll. If I were you, I’d pay no attention to him.
I’m sure @bodybyzedd will agree with me on that.
