@BBCNews Why just why when the BBC have correspondents in the USA do they need to say (on yet ANOTHER JOLLY) Clive Myrie to cover the mid term USA elections. Which quite frankly have no direct affect in the UK MORE JOBS FOR THE BOYS AT THE BBC AT OUR EXPENSE

@BBCNews if Sarah Smith is your North American correspondent why do you waste licence fee money on sending Clive Myrie out there to cover the midterm elections. No wonder people think the licence fee is a unwanted tax on our viewing. Cut costs not keep raising the licence fee

150 staff in @BBCNews Washington bureau but Clive Myrie sent to cover Mid-term elections. And they wonder why #bbcnews has to make savings.

RADIO : Radio's in massively rude health. So why is the BBC intent on marginalising it? newsmutt.substack.com/p/nigh…

Sad to see BBC Radio Leicester’s audience take a dive to 90k listeners a week. That’s what happens when you systematically dismantle BBC Local Radio. 7 years ago it had 142k listeners. Grim.

Sales of radios increase while the number of local radio presenters and journalists and the amount of local radio programming are reduced. Now is your moment @Ofcom to look at the BBC Local cuts.
Sales of radios have increased by as much as 160% radiotoday.co.uk/2026/10/eme…

When oh when is this blot on the landscape going to be demolished. With so many windows smashed, and broken glass likely to fall in high winds, it’s a real danger to people. #LookUpBirmingham
