I've always been fascinated by the promotional illustrations for Famicom Jump II that appeared in various JUMP magazines and the game's guidebook. I absolutely love the SD art style, especially the way Taruruuto is depicted. I'd really love to find out who illustrated these.

So this is the current state of GOLDEN BOY production materials. These auctions ended just a moment ago, and the small number in the bottom-right corner is the price in euros.
We're talking about layouts and genga here, not even cels. I guess this means I'll never be adding another piece to my collection ever again.
What better day than Halloween to bring up the fact that, early in his career, Tatsuya Egawa seemed to have a bit of an interest in horror manga, occasionally dabbling in the genre. These two panels are from his debut work, BE FREE!
Sukeban Deka will always be one of my comfort animes. I've lost track of how many times I must have watched it by now. If you haven't seen it yet, you should definitely consider giving it a try!
