This is a common trope within 'feminist' writing, especially on old Tumblr, where women were the lead, and the men were the "faithful" lapdogs.

I don't play video games with my sons because the women look a certain way. I'm sure there are many people out there who feel exactly how i do.
I'm in it for the game.
And i love how technology has brought forward the opportunity for actors to play more performance oriented characters in video games.

For the record I would like them to prove their trauma because I don't believe there was any for 99% of the children who went to residential schools.
