Here you have the 2nd rarest card to pull from a pack, in Pokemon History 📝 Those covetted Gold Star Pokemon cards that are demanding new record sale prices, some in the millions, are only 1 in 72 packs to pull - The reason they're so rare is because the EX era (2003-2007) was a tough time for #Pokemon Not selling many packs, and in turn not printing many boxes of those sets. Low #demand turned into low #supply and some of those sets organically became some of the rarest in Pokemon #history Since Gold Star rarity cards were introduced, we've had several new tiers/types of rarity to chase From Prime Cards, to Legend cards, to Full Arts, To Alt Arts, to Hyper Rares (rbw) Every one of those rarities were still relatively easy to pull.... Then came BLACK BOLT AND WHITE FLARE as the final set in the Scarlett and Violet Era Adding something we hadn't seen before in Pokemon, a rarity type that was pulled 1 in 1100 packs. LUDACRIS vs previous generations, and those were the Red Victinis 🔴 Since then, Mega Evolutions gave us 1 in 500 pack true chases as well, with the new hyper rare gold cards. Then came THE 30TH anniversary set! A card type so rare, we still dont know the true pull rates. Is it 1 in 4000 or 1 in 15,000? New Record highs for tons of cards today in @Pokemon Including 1st edition Base Set Charizard psa 10, from 500k only 6 months ago to over $1,000,000 now We used to have a single card in pokemon over 1 million! I also remember when there was only 3 cards over 100k 👀 Now theres plenty over 1 million and counting 📈 Will @LoganPaul 16.5 million pop 1 illustrator pikachu look like a "steal" in 10 years if the trend continues? It seems like it Or we are in the most absurd bubble just waiting to burst? Only time will tell! Nobody knows for sure. Just speculation Heres whats for sure though: •Pokemon is the #1 media franchise in the world and it isnt close. Disney and StarWars and Marvel and DC combined dont come close to Pokemon by itself •Pokemon is younger than all of the companies I mentioned above, by 50+ years for some of them. And already has more fans, characters, sales etc •#Pokemon and SPORTS create generational fans, the person who might break the record for some of these cards we have today may just be starting their career, or may not be born yet Are there cards we have from 2026 that will reach "grail" status?
