They’re the ones who keep moving when the feeling is gone. Protect your energy tonight. Rest is part of the work. But don’t confuse rest with quitting. Tomorrow is another chance to put in quiet, unsexy effort that compounds. You’re allowed to be soft and still serious about your life. Go to sleep proud of the small things you did today.
