We’ve sent out many complimentary packages as a gesture of goodwill, and we appreciate everyone who received them with gratitude and respect. Unfortunately, this generosity has led to expectations we cannot continue to accommodate. Going forward, we will no longer provide free parcels outside of agreed reviewer collaborations.
