The king of building in public: @robj3d3. Over the last 127 days,
he's grown SuperX to $9.4k MRR while documenting every step.
So I analyzed 100+ of his tweets (and videos) to study how he's done it so authentically.
Here's his 3-part framework for 10x growth (steal it):🧵

AI doesn’t automate writing, it augments it.
You’re still the creative force behind your work.
AI helps you turn ideas into reality more quickly and efficiently.
Another mistake most creators make: wanting quick results online.
I spent 8 months getting nowhere.
Wanted to quit daily. But after 1000 followers, growth took off.
2000 more in just 2 months followed.
Your big moment might be one day away from quitting.
Stop posting: feature updates — post: outcomes

It’s 2026 — why are you still improvising content?

It took me 1 year to go from $0 to $2,000/month, but I'll teach you how in 2 minutes:
1. The Product
I help founders grow their influence and monetize through ghostwriting.
These are content creation services for entrepreneurs building their personal brands.
The market for founder-led content is growing as more entrepreneurs recognize the value of thought leadership.
2. How I got into it
About 15 months ago, I was selling Notion templates.
I built a solid understanding of digital products and online business.
Then I pivoted to ghostwriting, helping founders tell their stories and grow their audience.
The transition was a natural fit given my content background.
3. Market Test
I started by reaching out to friends in my network.
They became my first clients because trust was already there.
The response was clear: people would pay for high-quality content that saved them time.
That validated demand for ghostwriting.
4. Official Release
I began charging $600 to $1,200 per month, depending on volume and complexity.
My first clients came through referrals.
Within a few weeks, I had enough work to see that the model could be sustainable.
5. Expanding
To scale beyond my immediate network, I started cold DMing potential clients on social platforms.
It hasn’t converted yet, but referrals continued to come in from satisfied clients who were seeing results.
6. Growth Strategy
As I gained experience, I added a risk-reversal guarantee: 1,000 followers within 45 days, or I’d keep working for free until they hit it.
That reduced hesitation and attracted serious clients.
7. Career Shift
Six months in, earnings were enough to focus full-time on ghostwriting.
I tightened my process, doubled down on what worked, and income continued to rise as results stayed consistent.
8. Leveraging Client Systems
I built a client management system to track progress and stay organized.
It improved retention and made referrals easier because clients felt supported and saw ongoing momentum.
9. My Success Formula
1) Transition from a related digital product (Notion templates)
2) Start with warm network referrals
3) Charge premium prices ($600–$1,200/month)
4) Offer a risk-reversal guarantee (1,000 followers in 45 days)
5) Build systems to manage delivery and retention
6) Let results drive referrals and growth

If I gave you 10k impressions but took 9.9k away from your ICP, would you accept? No?
Then why chase virality with generic advice?
You don’t need attention.
You need qualified attention.
It’s a trap.

3 years ago, I quit my 9-to-5 job to become an indie developer.
Built a tiny Notion extension. Everyone said, "Market's too niche, mate. You're wasting your time."
I stared at my pathetic download numbers, feeling like a complete failure. But I didn't quit.
Instead, I did 3 things that changed everything:
- Repositioned my marketing, stopped targeting just Notion users. Went after the entire market.
- Deep competitor analysis. Spent 2 weeks studying every rival. Then completely rebuilt my product.
- Found my core users. Reached out to domain experts. Had real conversations. Optimized based on their feedback.
The result? 10x revenue growth in month one.
Most indie developers make the same fucking mistake:
Build → Quick validation → "Wrong market" → Give up
But here's the truth: You need at least 6 months learning writing, SEO, product thinking...
Your first product will probably fail.
But it builds the foundation for your second one.
Success isn't about never failing; it's about learning from it fast.
