If Brenden Blaber was just some asshole online with bad opinions I would be apathetic to him. Anyone can make his videos, he isn't special. But he's has literally invaded localization workspaces to tarnish and destroy art and he set back localization discourse bc of his actions.

Food is very gendered in Japan, both types and portions. Tbf probably based it off what women and men commonly order and made a package but still. Once at an okonomiyaki restaurant ran by a Japanese man, bless his heart he explained portion sizes as "could feed a woman/men"🫠

Men and women do not have different calorie intake needs. The real differentiator is height, activity and muscle mass. A guy that is shorter than I and does not exercise is not gonna have higher intake needs than me. I eat more than some of the guys that were at that table.

my most recent example of it happening. listing example vs what I got it was really disappointing because the artist pre-picked the pose that didn't fit the character outfit and then argued not wanting to fix the anatomy because it would "show a panty shot" 🫠
