That’s the REAL BIGGER issue. Selfishness. Cats not realizing that it’s a TEAM game. You have to find ways to work as a UNIT. It’s not just about YOU.
You’ll hear dudes crying about shots, and getting their averages…it’s just insane to me. I tell cats all the time - if you want the ball every play and you wanna shoot every play…GO PLAY ONES! Ain’t no reason you should be playing a team mode with that kind of mentality.
So that’s why they’ll just run around and not think about how it’s affecting everyone else. They’re just thinking about how they can possibly end up with the ball.
Folks ain’t thinking “Hmm, maybe I should sit here, space the floor and let them run that pick and roll” nah they just cut and run around and bring defenders and get mad when they don’t get the ball.
