The round was led by a16z crypto, with participation from Geneva Trading, the University of Illinois, and other angel investor. Kairos is building infrastructure for a market that is still heavily fragmented. Prediction-market traders currently have to move between different venues to compare markets, prices and information. Kairos' approach is to bring that workflow together in a dedicated trading terminal. The initial integrations include Kalshi and Polymarket, with additional exchanges planned. And this isn't just about putting two websites into one dashboard. So I wouldn't look at @KairosTradeX ' $2.5M raise as simply: “Another Web3 startup got funded.” The bigger story is what they're building toward a trading terminal for an emerging prediction-market economy.
