How does pediatric CKD impact the brain? 🧠 There’s more to it than uremia, hypertension, acidosis, etc. For our peds patients, early life CKD appears to impact early adult neurodevelopment AND executive functioning.

We need to call privatization what it is: adding a profit tax on to a public good. A public post office puts all it's resources towards delivering mail. A privatized post office will diver a large chunk of it's income to shareholders. In what universe is that better?
