Many have come to web3 TO EARN... But earning should simply be a right for all, don't you think? Do you like to be forced to engage? Is grinding a sustainable and inclusive meta? Do most people have the time to monitor the ecosystem and be early enough? Do most people have the budget required to enter most top notch projects? Where are we heading in 2024 then? In games we have had the pay to win killer way before blockchain, and now the play to earn, do this to earn, do that to earn. Let's just say NO! And let me explain! 👇 Web3 shall be the technology that allows fair retribution for any kind of interaction. We call it INTERACT AND EARN. Reading to earn? NO, READ & EARN! Sharing a post to earn? NO, SHARE & EARN! Playing to earn? NO, PLAY & EARN! Joining to earn? NO, JOIN & EARN! etc, etc, etc ( the list is actually pretty long but always ending with & EARN) Each interaction from any user holds a value to be retributed fairly. How to calculate the value then? A simple approach is to give a value to a certain task, depending on the amount of time required to complete it and the difficulty of it. Now, will you x1000 with one shot? Certainly NO! But that's also what will make Web3 sustainable. In future, with interoperability and seamless accessibility of more legit and secure projects in the ecosystem, earning micro-gains will be the new meta routine. Not because the goal is to earn, but because it is a right, a logical consequence and retribution for interacting and engaging in activities that match the user's will and profile. No pressure needed since anyone can find its way through, at their own pace, with or without any budget at disposal, without being afraid to enter the web3 world and get scammed, rugged, hacked or tricked into FOMO or LFG marketing schemes. Web3 has shown very valuable entities and individuals and their opposite. Doxxed projects, or projects led by famous individuals didn't necessarily mean legit and trustworthy. Quoting names won't be necessary since it's forever encrypted in the blockchains... Karma will do the rest. ☯️ At @NakarmaZ we do whatever will be needed to implement a fair retribution system we call INTERACT & EARN Since we aim to build up along with the people daring to follow and join us, we want to show gratitude and logic. Localization of our comics in several languages is a key point in our strategy to expand IPz. To be inclusive, web3 needs more cultural and language sharing. The tech enhances the content we build to create interactive comics, a new genre of books coming to life, in between anime and video game while preserving the original layout of the comics. Are we going to make it? While the outcome of any business adventure is unknown, we want to abide by the laws of holding trust and care. This CEO here has many flaws but one he doesn't is giving up. To be straight to the point, look at our museum website and see for yourselves. As a CEO, despite the lows and highs, we have never given up on the dream to support global comics. There are nice and legit people in the space, that is also a clear fact, with the freedom to be ourselves and remain authentic. @nftbawsa like @Phygital_Good I'll be 42 this year, mirroring your age. Nice HBD space yesterday btw. At the age of 24 I was making the business plan for what would become my first entrepreneurial adventure. Since then, time has passed quickly and yet seems to have stopped as well. Having long-term goals pushes longevity of the mind and body. I'd say have no regrets about failures since they shape everything that is good in your life in the present. Looking at things from a certain perspective always helps. It shall be a positive one to keep pushing boundaries. My piece of advice as an old geezer would be to never regret and grab the good opportunities. And you'll see, one day I wish you get the best jobs of all, creation at its best, becoming a parent. From there, you'll value every single mistake and trouble you had to go through, because they were needed for you to get where you're at, holding a mini-U in your arms. Let me finish this post saying congrats to @heynat having become a daddy btw! Tkt, tkt on parle bien la France chez nous ! Pour preuve, un petit spoiler de la dernière case de la page 100 de LEGACY4 Autant réaffirmer à quel point cet exercice est particulier, car chaque mot, même erroné par choix, porte un message, une identité, une personnalité. Rien ne pourrait nous faire détester le travail que nous faisons ensemble avec nos artistes pour transmettre des émotions et passer de bons moments de lecture. On aura dépasser les 1000 pages localisées en diverses langues rien qu'avec ce premier volume. Autant prendre un maximum d'avance pour assurer une parution qui tienne la route sur le long-terme. Mais comment que ça se fait-til qu'on soit si lents et si oufs. Euh... bah faut dire que le Boss y est certainement pour quelque chose. (j'avoue en plus c'est moi) L'aspect légendaire de ce nous faisons sera établi ou pas à un moment donné, en attendant, on continue d'avancer oklm comme on dit chez nous. La traduction, c'est tout un monde qui mérite d'être soutenu dans le monde de l'édition. Un monde composé encore une fois de petits humains assez fous pour se prendre la tête sur le moindre effet qu'un seul mot peut donner. Allez hop, la pause poste sur X est terminé. Why take the risk to localize and publish our IPs in languages spoken by just a few? Is it a "big blablabla" market? aka "big money money money" As the editor and main representative of the NuZiversal ways, I'd tend to say IDGAF We believe the overall success of a story can't be judged exclusively from its original mother tongue, otherwise would most famous IPs would even be known? That's why we'll keep pushing for inclusivity through accessibility. Localisation is undoubtedly a component of our DNA since we were born. Drawn by Humans, translated by Humans, Animated by Humans, etc. We couldn't care less about any other way than what we believe is the right way. 🖤🧬🤍

GM GOOD MANGA "Tell me you love languages and cultures without telling me you love languages and cultures." This is a spoiler panel from "LEGACY4 ONE : THE CURSE OF KRAAM". A short-series from Thailand localized in several languages while keeping a few bubbles in their original language. Our intentions are multiple. The first being for readers worldwide to embrace the cultural origins of the stories we publish. Basic and digestible yet insightful knowledge of the language giving form to such culture. This is also why localizing in English remains a must while giving the chance for these stories to be read in other other languages too. Been at the core of our DNA for a reason. At the end of the day, it's not about being web2 or web3 or whatever. It's about spreading the webs connecting ourselves despite lonely journeys, from one end to the other. From those who create to those who consume. The timeline has been more than tough lately, the "divide to conquer" scheme stronger than ever whatever the topic, pushing individualism to its paroxysm, thieving and insulting becoming the norm. Didn't intend to end up writing this much but here I am. Just trying to focus on work more than interacting with the TL. So, to all those who read up until here, let me wish you a great week ahead. Within all the negativity and punches we may take as individuals or groups or whatever we belong to, we shall remember we may be lonely but never truly alone.
