Recent coverage in Süddeutsche Zeitung and Bild has raised questions about the authenticity of images coming out of Gaza. These articles suggested, without solid evidence, that many of these images are staged. However, this narrative falls apart when you look at footage from different angles of the same event. It’s clear from multiple sources that the children were indeed standing in a real line at a functioning food distribution center—one that’s been active for weeks. There’s no credible evidence that the scene was staged or that the people involved were “actors,” as some social media channels claimed. By presenting speculation and unproven claims as fact, these articles misled readers about what was actually happening on the ground. Responsible reporting demands that such assertions be backed by clear evidence. Israel and its supporters are intentionally covering up the hunger in Gaza, so that the starvation and genocide can continue. Receipts below.
