Durban Chosen As Preferred Olympics Host City
The South African Sports Confederation and Olympic Committee (Sascoc) has selected Durban as the preferred host city for the planned 2036 to 2040 Summer Olympic and Paralympic games.
Durban was previously stripped of the Commonwealth Games hosting rights

I didn't know she had sold it to pay my brother's school fees.
Years later, after I secured a job in Abuja, I returned home to renovate our old house.
While clearing out Dad's wooden wardrobe, I discovered an envelope hidden beneath some old documents.
Inside was a handwritten letter and a receipt for a plot of land Dad had purchased before his death.
He had written Mum's name on the documents.
I couldn't believe it.
I immediately contacted the estate agent whose name appeared on the receipt.
