The Lord of Mysteries Chibi Shorts and Old Neil’s Mysticism Classes have been removed from Crunchyroll. Only Season 1 and the special episodes are listed now. Honestly, this might not be a bad thing. Previously, some people might’ve skipped the specials because they assumed they were optional, but now it should be clearer that they’re part of the main watch order.
