🇵🇭👍 Protesters must show both anti-US and anti-China placards AT THE SAME TIME to send a consistent message that Filipinos deserve respect from foreigners especially the superpowers.

I’ve been told this week by some people on 𝕏 that Singapore isn’t diverse because most of the diversity in Singapore comes from other countries in Asia…which apparently doesn’t count.
Japan is about 3% foreigners. But most of that 3% comes from Asia.
@Grok, what percentage of the Japanese population is made up of foreigners from outside of Asia?

🇯🇵🇵🇭👍 I’ll also support the Japanese government’s strict and consistent handling of Filipinos who act disrespectfully, overstay and/or commits a crime in Japan.

Indonesia’s founding fathers considered Rizal as their own; they even had Ultimo Adios translated and utilized as a battle cry during their war for independence.
Rizal’s legacy is truly shared throughout Southeast Asia!
🇵🇭🤔 Based on the logic of his sentiments and people who commented, Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) who work very hard and assimilate very well into the host countries should be demonized for being Third World immigrant workers.
It’s simply unfair to OFWs.

I don't really care about the whole "as a X" bit. What I'm saying is also expressed by the people commenting on the post, they clearly don't want immigrant workers. Nothing about that changes *my* position on this topic. You, of course, are free to believe as you wish.
🇵🇭😔 When a Filipino overstays, acts disrespectfully and/or commits a crime in Japan, other Filipinos will genuinely feel ashamed and saddened as well because they also work hard to follow Japanese laws and norms only for someone to drag them down.
That’s called respecting Japan
As a Vietnamese person, I truly feel ashamed and saddened when I witness the actions of some Vietnamese people that are damaging the image of our country in the eyes of Japanese people. Theft, breaking the law, dishonesty, and a lack of respect for the local culture and the shared rules of the society they live in are not things that should be taken lightly simply because the people responsible are our fellow countrymen.
I understand that the actions of a few people should not be used to judge an entire nation. Many Vietnamese people live, study, and work in Japan diligently and decently, always striving to build a positive image of their homeland. But that is precisely why wrongful behavior deserves to be condemned even more, because it can cause other innocent Vietnamese people to face suspicion and prejudice.
I sincerely apologize to the Japanese people who have unfortunately had bad experiences with Vietnamese individuals who have behaved unethically or broken the law. I know that an apology from one individual cannot replace the responsibility of those who committed the wrongdoing, but at the very least, I want to show that not all of us are indifferent to these issues.
🇵🇭👍 This is 100% true especially given the Philippines’ geographic proximity and a cheap way to learn American English.

There are only 2,000 Kurds in all of Japan. They don’t exist outside of Saitama, and most of them are going to be deported in a few years by law:

There were 40,000 illegals from Iranians in the 1990s and it only took Japan less than a decade to wipe them out, and you're dooming over 2,000 Kurds that are going to be deported in a few years by law?
🇵🇭🙄 This Filipino leftist wants “French” people to wage another online social media war against his fellow Filipinos for being “fascists and Zionists” after they were humiliated by the based Japanese.
Like children, Filipino leftists want validation from Western leftists.

The moment China dares bomb Aguinaldo plus Guam, and Okinawa and kill American servicemen, the US Air Force would flatten everything from Harbin to Canton
Thats what "deterrence" is and why the US alliance is so important.
"They clearly don't want to "strengthen ties" with third-world countries and import these people into their homeland."
🇯🇵🇵🇭🙄 A reminder that Japan has deep ties with the Philippines, a Third World country, and Filipinos assimilate very well in Japan.
Many Japanese people understandably feel betrayed by their government. They clearly don't want to "strengthen ties" with third-world countries and import these people into their homeland.
While it is nowhere near as bad as the West yet, this is absolutely how it starts. It's important to recognize the signs and nip this issue in the bud before it spirals out of control.
May the people of Japan fight back and resist a force far more destructive and permanent than a nuke: "diversity."
