We hear you.
To everyone who has been asking for updates, pointing out bugs, and questioning our silence: we owe you an apology.
We have not communicated well. That is on us.
The reason: we had serious internal issues with our previous development team. Those problems slowed everything updates, bug fixes, and the product itself. We should have been transparent about it sooner. We weren’t. That was a mistake.
We have now changed our entire development team.
We are rebuilding the product from the ground up so we can deliver the experience our community deserves.
One important point we want to make clear:
Lady Exchange does not use any third-party API for our DEX aggregator.
We built our own indexer.
Using an off-the-shelf API would have been faster and easier. We chose the harder path because we want the best possible price routing for our users, not the easiest one for us.
We will not dump a half-finished product on you again.
New features and improvements will be released step by step, in public, so you can see the progress in real time.The job is not finished.

At Lady Exchange, we’re working to solve a problem that every growing blockchain eventually faces: fragmented liquidity.
As more DEXs and liquidity pools appear across Robinhood Chain, finding the most efficient route becomes harder for traders. Our goal is to bring those routes together and deliver the best available price through one simple interface.
To make this possible, we built our own indexer. It scans liquidity pools across the network, compares available routes and helps us identify the most efficient path for each trade.
For our native Robinhood Chain aggregation engine, we don’t rely on third-party routing APIs. The core technology is built by our own team, from the indexer to the routing infrastructure.
Then you asked us for more privacy.
We listened and launched Private Swap and Private Transfer. After that, we expanded the privacy service into a multichain experience, allowing users to swap and transfer privately across more than 100 blockchains.
Now we have a long list of new ideas shaped by your feedback and our team is fully focused on building them step by step.
