Lu Guang and Cheng Xiaoshi better be careful. If either of them goes missing or something happens to them, Qiao Ling is ready to pull out the most embarrassing photo ever to look for them 😭💀

Liu Xiao’s expressions seemed suspicious while Shao Yuanyuan was explaining the deal. He didn’t look happy or smile as usual, which is strange considering he’s been searching for the register for years. I think he’ll reject her offer!
If SYY wants LX to eliminate Lu Guang because he stands in the way of her plan to change the past, then keeping LG in the current timeline would benefit LX far more. Even if LX takes the register and gets rid of LG, SYY could still go back to before her husband’s death more than ten years ago and rewrite the entire timeline. What would be the point of obtaining the register if the present he gains is only temporary? LX’s priority is protecting the present and securing his future by reviving the Saros Society, not risking everything for a deal that could ultimately work against him.
This could also explain why LG’s presence is so important. LX has been monitoring him for years, and he may now realize that keeping LG around is crucial to preventing SYY from changing the timeline and ruining his plans.
LX may even let SYY leave without trying to take the register by force, knowing she could have a backup plan. She could enter another photo from a day earlier, change what happened, and hide the register again. Changing an event like this would be far easier than altering something as complex as a death-node.

One thing that stands out about Lu Guang’s childhood is how different he was from who he is now. As a child, he openly talked about himself, even to someone he’d just met. Despite the abuse, hunger, and being forced to use his ability to expose people’s secrets and blackmail them, he still smiled and laughed.
Now, he rarely smiles or laughs, keeps his past to himself, and carries his burdens alone, never opening up even to Cheng Xiaoshi and Qiao Ling, despite how close they are.
It’s understandable after everything he went through. The person who brought light into his life was gone for so long, leaving him alone with his pain and rejection. After reuniting with them, he also had to keep his secrets about the future to himself.
Now that Cheng Xiaoshi and Qiao Ling know more about his secrets and past, I hope they’ll pay more attention to him, especially Xiaoshi. He promised to help Lu Guang find his biological parents. I hope they’ll listen to Lu Guang, show more interest in his story, and that he’ll finally open up to them about everything he’s been through. 🤍

I've theorized before that Lu Guang might have been born in the past and sent to the future by one of his parents to protect him. His ability, his unknown parents, and the fact that both his age and birth year remain undisclosed make me wonder if there's more to his origins. Even if his age changes with each loop, his birth year shouldn't. So why hide it?
This episode gave us a few more clues 👀
1. “Same here.”
When young Lu Guang asked CXS, who came from a different timeline, “Where's your home? Also very far away?”, CXS replied, “Yeah,” and LG said, “Same here.”
Could this mean more than simply being unable to return home? Perhaps it's a hint that Lu Guang also comes from a different time, just as CXS came from a different timeline.
2. Shao Yuanyuan's failed plan.
CXS's mother said she'd tried to save her family but failed, only realizing why years later. She also mentioned that someone entering the current timeline would ruin her plan.
But Lu Guang only entered the timeline in 2019, while her attempts began over 13 years earlier. We know this from the park photo connected to the deal that led to the tragedy and CXS's father's disappearance to Bridon.
So how could Lu Guang have ruined her plan? Why did it fail despite her efforts starting so early?
What if the time traveler had been there from the very beginning? Lu Guang met CXS in 2007, long before 2019. If he originally belonged to another era, could his presence in that timeline have been the problem all along?
3. The flashes in young Lu Guang's memories.
When the future CXS ran away, we saw brief, strange flashes in young LG's memories. One showed little CXS running. Perhaps his silhouette or running style reminded LG of the CXS he knows.
But the other flashes caught my attention even more. The surroundings looked like they belonged to a different era, with noticeably outdated houses, roads, and traffic signs.
Could these be glimpses of Lu Guang's childhood, the place he came from, or the era he originally lived in?
I'm starting to wonder if these details are connected to the mystery of his origins.

Lu Guang’s childhood memories show what looks like tactile paving for the visually impaired. The scene follows the line closely, perhaps hinting that he was used to walking alongside someone with poor eyesight, like one of his parents.
If he inherited his ability from a parent, could it affect eyesight over time? We’ve seen his eyes strain when he uses his ability on multiple photos. Maybe that’s one of its side effects. 🤔
