Got in the mail today. I am excited to see what @GFritchey has done with this one. Especially knowing he did a complete revamp of it. And that @SQLMCT helped with the book.

I have TempDB contention that slows down the system. Which if I run DBCC freeproccache that contention goes away for a while. Then after a hour or two (sometimes less) the TempDB contention is back. Is this being cause by a bad plan cached, or could it be something else? #sqlhelp

People in the SQL Server community tend to be inclusive, progressive, welcoming people. But it’s a tendency that we need to work on... SQL COMMUNITY: *WELCOME* TRANSGENDER FOLKS! midnightdba.com/Jen/2020/02/…

Since Anakin built C3P0 and is Luke's father. Does that make C3P0, Luke's Droid brother?

All of these amazing speakers at #PassSummit had to get their start somewhere. Please join me at the Birds Of A Feather luncheon if they've inspired you to get started too, and let's chat!

So by my count it seems @AngelaTidwell has taken a early lead with 22 selfies to @SQLKohai only having 6. It is still early though in this #SQLSelfie war.

So it looks like the end of day one totals we have @SQLKohai with 25 selfies, and we have @AngelaTidwell with 94 (I think I might have missed one)
