Between chapters. Between identities. Between who you were and who you’re meant to be. But that’s not emptiness. That’s incubation. The caterpillar doesn’t become a butterfly overnight. It dissolves first. It lets go of everything it was so something entirely new can emerge. So don’t panic in the void. Don’t try to go back. Don’t rush forward. Let yourself be in the middle. There was a time I thought something was wrong with me. I looked at the chaos in my life, physical struggles, emotional pain, spiritual confusion and I assumed it meant I was broken. That I was missing something. That I needed to improve, fix, heal, strive. That I needed a savior. But I was wrong. What I came to see was that the dysfunction I experienced wasn’t a reflection of my worth, and it wasn’t proof of some deep defect in me. It was the byproduct of a world built on separation—a consciousness that says you’re just a tiny, isolated self trying to survive in a fragmented world. That belief… is the wound. It’s not that we’re broken, it’s that we’ve inherited a broken story. A story that says we’re disconnected. That we’re not part of the whole. That we need to become something more in order to be enough. But the truth is we already are. The illusion of separation is the root of all of it. Einstein said it himself: “The greatest tragedy of human existence is the illusion of separateness.” And when that illusion starts to dissolve, when you feel the unity beneath it all, that’s when everything begins to change. That’s what happened for me. I realized my body wasn’t some thing on the Earth. It is the Earth. The minerals in my bones, the salt in my tears, the water in my cells, it all comes from Her. I’m not living on a planet. I am the planet, experiencing itself through this human form. And the body is not just chemical. It’s electrical. It runs on charge. Frequency. Vibration. We are electromagnetic beings meant to resonate with the frequency of the Earth itself—the Schumann resonance. So I stopped just “thinking positive” and I started getting outside. No sunglasses. No sunblock. Bare feet on the ground. I started connecting with the Source. Soaking in the photons. Absorbing the electrons. Letting the sunlight structure the water in my cells and charge my being like a living battery. And something shifted. The anxiety quieted. My negative thoughts decreased. I felt held. Harmonized. Alive. Not because I added something but because I returned to something. Something real. Something ancient. Something I AM. I started living in coherence. Mind, body, and soul vibrating as one. No longer scattered. No longer searching. No longer separate. And that’s when I realized this isn’t about becoming something more. It’s about remembering what we are. When you reconnect with nature, you reconnect with yourself. When you plug into the Earth, you plug into your power. You start to see that you were never lacking—you were just disconnected. And now that you’re in sync with the natural frequency of life itself, you don’t just survive… you thrive. This is quantum biology. This is coherence. This is awakening. And it’s not complicated.
