As someone who has been expecting society’s certain collapse since the 0.1% decided we would coexist with Covid, I have a lot of compassion for the misled masses & don’t blame them for these PREDICTABLE outcomes, but I mourn what could have been & feel like we’ve been cheated.

I always think back to that period in 2020, when lockdowns caused a record drop in emissions, & everyone said, “Nature is healing!” & then our governments & corporate overlords immediately shut it all down & turned the public against the idea forevermore. Instead, we got 4 years of RECORD profits & RECORD prices, as the world burns, the Doomsday Glacier collapses, disasters accelerate, food/water shortages loom, & we’re forced to pretend there’s no pandemic.
