Sex differences in patterns of jealousy rank among evolutionary psychology’s most consistently replicated findings. Men tend to place relatively more weight on sexual infidelity, women on emotional infidelity. The evolutionary logic is captured by the phrase “Mama’s baby, papa’s maybe.” Ancestral women could be always certain her child was hers. Ancestral men lacked that certainty. A man whose partner had sex with someone else risked unknowingly investing in another man’s child. For women, a partner falling in love with someone else threatened the loss of his commitment and resources to another woman and her children. The research spans large surveys, cross-cultural studies, accounts of actual affairs, memory and attention experiments, physiological recordings of heart rate and skin conductance, and even analysis of confrontations on the TV show Cheaters, where men more often asked about sex and women more often asked about love. labs.la.utexas.edu/buss/file…
when a woman cheats, the man asks "did you sleep with him?"⁣ ⁣ when a man cheats, the woman asks "do you love her?"⁣ ⁣ one is about the act. the other is about losing the whole relationship. tells you everything about how men and women process betrayal differently.

I’m against AI revolution in Africa bcs to me it’s another global trend we are hoping on before fixing the foundation of what should carry it E.g, how do we prioritize conversations like ‘AI in agriculture’ when we are still tussling over land, water access and ownership

If it was not for Yusuf Lule's death in 1986 then he wouldn't be President at the time he captured Kampala but maybe he would've pushed Lule aside since he was in charge of the military wing of NRA.
Before capturing power in January 1986, HE Yoweri Museveni was a teacher, a guerrilla trainee, and a rebel organizer living in exile in Tanzania. He first came to diplomats' notice in January 1973, when the American embassy in Nairobi received a five-page manifesto from the Front for National Salvation, called Fronasa. For years thereafter Museveni was to live in Tanzania, working as a teacher in a government school while financing Fronasa's activities from his modest salary. He took time away from his college studies to learn guerrilla military tactics in Mozambique with Samora Machel's Front for the Liberation of Mozambique (FRELIMO) and then returned to write a senior thesis on Frantz Fanon's theories of revolution. He trained his first FRONASA militants in Montepuez with support from the late Tanzanian leader Julius Nyerere. Museveni briefly worked as a lecturer at a co-operative college in Moshi, in northern Tanzania, before breaking away from the mainstream opposition and forming the Front for National Salvation (FRONASA) in 1973. From teacher in Moshi to commander of National Resistance Army in Luweero, from 30 cadres trained in Mozambique to 10,000 fighters who captured Kampala. So you think a ballot can !?😂🙌

Teso produces 1.2 Million tonnes of cassava annually - 40% of Uganda's production. Yet there is zero cassava processing factory in Teso. Farmers sell fresh cassava at Shs 300/kg. Cassava flour in Kampala sells at Shs 3,500/kg. Value is stolen by middlemen.

The Jensen Huang story keeps getting crazier. US intelligence reportedly discovered that Nvidia’s CEO was romantically involved with a suspected Chinese spy. Here's where things get insane: 1.) The woman, Alice Huang, was an executive at Megaspeed, a company under investigation for allegedly helping Chinese firms circumvent US chip export restrictions. 2.) US intelligence believes she was recruited by China's Ministry of State Security, its primary intelligence agency. 3.) Intelligence officials reportedly suspected her objective included gathering information about Huang and potentially influencing Nvidia to push for looser US chip export controls. 4.) Huang has spent the past year repeatedly lobbying Washington to loosen those exact restrictions. 5.) US officials reportedly prepared an intelligence memo detailing the relationship and circulated it among senior government officials shortly before Trump's summit with Xi Jinping. 6.) Trump had reportedly already been briefed on the suspected espionage operation and chose not to act on the information. 7.) Huang has met with Trump repeatedly, reportedly even accompanying him aboard the presidential aircraft on a trip to China. 8.) Megaspeed's Malaysian affiliate reportedly purchased at least $4.8 BILLION in equipment containing Nvidia chips between June 2024 and February 2026. 9.) Federal authorities have been investigating Megaspeed since 2024, with the Justice Department reportedly taking over the Commerce Department's investigation this year. 10.) Investigators reportedly found Nvidia equipment in boxes that appeared ready for shipment rather than installed in operational data centers. 11.) Alice Huang's name was reportedly removed from Megaspeed's corporate documents as scrutiny intensified. Her continuing involvement with the company remains unclear. 12.) Nvidia maintains that it investigated Megaspeed's chip deployments and found no evidence of illegal diversion. 13.) Three congressional committee chairmen are now demanding that Huang appear for a closed-door briefing on November 18. We're talking about the CEO of the world's most valuable company, a suspected Chinese intelligence operation, billions of dollars in advanced AI chips, and the US government's efforts to control China's access to the technology. There is still no public evidence that Huang knowingly cooperated with Chinese intelligence or that the alleged operation successfully influenced US policy. But the questions surrounding this are extraordinary.

Hollywood wants you to believe that the most prolific spy in the world is a 6ft something scottish guy in a tuxedo while in reality it's a 5'6 petite clever chinese girl who you met at a AI summit in Singapore.
BREAKING: The US government believes NVIDIA chief Jensen Huang had a 'romantic relationship with alleged Chinese spy', according to Financial Times report.

Konsa. Rolls-royce. Saliba-esque. Man mountain in every regard (physically, technically, leadership, and responsibility taking). That's the assured profile Arsenal need in Saliba's absence. Yet another 'win now' signing by Mikel Arteta and the club. Arsenal mean business 👊
