We weren’t ready. But they needed us. 🚨 Yesterday, we jumped into the wildfire zone—without a budget, without a plan, but with one thing: a promise to never look away when animals are suffering. That's what the wolfpack does! We were invited in by the community as the fires were on track to hit early in the week. So we did what we had to do. We loaded up with supplies and hit the road. What we found was difficult to see, but helping them made the 10 hour trip worth it: 🐾 Pets left behind in homes 🐾 Dogs tied to trees 🐾 Broken legs, infected eyes, raw paws 🐾 Silence, smoke... and fear We loaded injured animals into our own vehicles. We drove all night to get them to our centers and the emergency care they needed. But now—we need you. The vet bills are mounting. The supplies are gone.
