Had lunch with an 88 year old employee today. He’s in great shape and as mentally sharp as he has been for the 18 years I’ve know him. Here is what he ate:

A thread on why golfers don’t take lessons, imo
Many golfers believe golf lessons either don’t help or actually made them play worse, which was “part of the process.” Here is why:
Body improvements. If golfers put as much time and energy into their health and fitness, they’d improve naturally due to better movement patterns, balance, speed, etc.
