Thrilled to officially join the @Bitcast_network team!
At Bitcast, I’ll be diving into X integration workflows, miner onboarding, and analytics - helping scale the next generation of marketing that delivers real value across Bittensor.
Excited to build, collaborate, and accelerate alongside this incredible team 💪💪
Thank you @Tom_dot_b and @Will_Mizu for the amazing opportunity
Team Update 💪
We’re excited to welcome @Lazz_eth to the Bitcast team!
As the creator of @Shogun__base & @TensorPulseLabs, Lazz brings a wealth of expertise in building social media tools and engagement metrics - alongside a deep understanding of both $TAO and the wider crypto ecosystem.
He’ll initially focus on X integration workflows, miner onboarding, and reporting.
We’re building the next generation of marketing: one that scales beyond $TAO and delivers real value across every crypto ecosystem.
And Lazz will be helping us to accelerate. Onwards 🚀

$44k in revenue last month with no manual outbound sales.
That's mostly just repeat business coming through.
In previous months, we were spending 60+ hours a week on X DMs, LinkedIn messages, raising Discord tickets etc.
We deliberately pulled back from that to build an agentic lead gen engine.
The result has been a temporary dip in revenue, to be expected as we made the transition.
Our lead gen machine came online this past week and is now handling the vast majority of prospecting - loaded with audience data, insights, free reports and reasons for leads to.
Why should you care? - it isn't the automation alone.
It's that we can now expand into new niches on X without having to scale our sales headcount alongside them.
We're now in a much stronger position to push on.
We will keep removing the bottlenecks in creator marketing - to build the systems that connect 1,000,000s of creators to 10,000s of brands across the world.
Oh and we did our biggest monthly buyback to date - $93k (orange line).
You're losing reach by writing for likes.
Instead, write for retention and FOLLOW BACK REPLY GUYS 🚨
here's how X decides who sees your post (October update, read straight from the code)
X predicts how each viewer will react to your post, then scores it on those predictions
what each reaction is worth:
> copy link: 20
> quote or DM share: 5
> follow: 4
> repost: 1
what costs you:
> report: -234
> mute: -58.8
> not interested: -52.27
> block: -31.2
what changed in October:
> ranking got better at predicting time spent, and retrieval now looks for posts people read to the end
> time spent counts 50% more, video opens count less
> when 2,800+ posts compete for a feed, every source gets cut evenly, so the accounts you follow keep their share
> near-duplicate clips only get one slot in the video carousel
how far a post can go:
> under 50K followers, a new original can be lifted to about 16th in a feed during its first 2 hours
> replies and reposts stay with your followers, and only originals reach new people
> your 2nd post in the same feed keeps 62.5% of its score, and the 3rd keeps 43.75%
> engagement only counts when X served the post in Home
> after 48 hours, it's out
the takeaway:
X rewards attention, not audience size
the posts that travel are the ones people stop on, finish and pass along

God I love this Bitcast team... they said they'd pause their manual outreach for sales in order to build a more efficient system. That's complete now.
Probably seems like nothing's happening with @Bitcast_network recently, but the reality is that they identified a big bottleneck (their customer on-boarding was lots of manual work), and they've fixed it, allowing the floodgates to open.
This is a bottleneck that I had noticed in the early days mining bitcast, I'd never really spoken to them about it, just kinda crossed my fingers hoping they'd do it, and now they have.
So hyped to see how this all works out for one of my favorite bittensor subnets.
Excited to see where the next bottleneck is... @Tom_dot_b thoughts on the next bottleneck?
Update on the state of SN93
One of the main points Tom spoke about was automating our outreach pipeline.
With the use of @bot, we’ve been able to 10x our efforts and have contacted / spoken to a myriad of potential clients.
I implore anyone and everyone to look into the capabilities and take full advantage of Grok Bot
Outfold update in here too 👀

At the end of last month, we moved our team away from manual cold outreach.
We’re replacing it with an agentic, data-driven sales engine.
Here’s one of the outreach flows we're testing:
1. Agents identify projects on X that match audiences we’ve mapped.
2. Prospects are ranked using intent signals.
3. Agents reach out with insights about their X accounts that they probably don’t even know themselves.
4. CTA: Reply “yes” for a free report (like the one below).
5. Interested prospects create an account to track what their competitors are doing too 👀
6. When they have news to amplify, they launch a campaign directly from their portal.
The goal is to move from manually finding and pitching customers to a system where our data does all the talking.
We’ve automated the content generation side of the business. Now we’re automating sales.
Still early but initial results are looking promising.

its been a good week being a citizen of the Bittensor network state. here's everything that happened this week
• @lium_io now hosts $30M in GPUs (91% utilization), including 225 B300s. At a $21M run rate
• @affine_io dropped a video model thats ~10x cheaper than the base model with virtually no drop in output quality after 3 days of model optimization
• @engyai hits a new ATH, with 370B tokens processed this week
• @say_gm_ had its highest traffic week, crossing $1M in total volume since July
• @cacheon_ai adds Meta's Muse Spark Open Kernel challenge to their mining competition
• Ingot released Ingot-I quantized Qwen 27B into FP8 better than Alibaba's own quantization in just 1 week
• @trishoolai released HaloGuard EU, an API product that enables companies to be in compliance with the EU's AI act. It's 200x cheaper than Jev
• @yugosai announces their subnet pivot to an intelligent model router
• @metanova_labs subnet-derived compounds underwent wet lab testing and compared favorably with reference compounds including approved drugs
• More subnets entering the buyback game this week with @VantaTrading @ $102K, @Bitcast_network @ $93K, @almnc_ai @ $45K, and @_redteam_ @ $30K.
• eTAO upgrade was implemented into the chain, giving subnet owners control over how they set their emissions. Huge quality of life improvment

Happy to work with OpenRoboto as their distribution partner, helping scale OpenRoboto Shift and get it in front of more people.
Shift only works if people know it exists. @Bitcast_network's creators are how we get the word out.
Bitcast (SN93) is now the distribution partner of OpenRoboto (SN80). Together we're growing OpenRoboto Shift: creators on Bitcast will explain how robotics training data gets collected, and how anyone doing hands-on work can take part.

The next generation of creator marketing won’t be built on follower counts.
It will be built on verified attention.
Yorgos brings an exceptional level of knowledge to one of the most important areas of Bitcast
Excited to have him onboard, where he’ll help progress graph analysis on Bitcast 🤝
Please welcome Yorgos to Bitcast.
Yorgos recently joined us to help lead the next phase of our creator intelligence - bringing some serious technical firepower with him.
Ph.D. in Computer Science specialising in Graph ML.
His research has been published in prestigious international conferences associated with organisations such as IEEE, ACM and SIAM, including work recognised among the best papers at the SIAM International Conference on Data Mining.
More recently, his work on advanced multi-graph analysis was selected for presentation at Stanford, alongside graph research from teams at NVIDIA, Amazon and others working at the forefront of the field.
He has also worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory, one of the US’s major scientific research institutions.
So why does all of this matter for Bitcast?
Social networks are graphs!
Creators, audiences, conversations and communities form enormous interconnected networks.
Understanding those relationships allows us to go far beyond follower counts and basic engagement metrics.
Who actually influences who? How does information move between them? Who has real influence within a specific niche?
And ultimately: which creators are most likely to deliver results for a particular campaign?
Graph analysis has been a core part of Stitch3 from the beginning.
Yorgos is now helping us push it further, applying advanced Graph ML to build improved ways of identifying influence, understanding communities and matching brands with the creators most likely to reach the right audience.
We want to build the intelligence layer that makes creator marketing automated, scalable and more effective than ever before.
Yorgos is going to be one of the technical powerhouses driving that forward.
Welcome, Yorgos.

The opportunity ahead of us is undeniably huge.
If we continue to execute on the level we have for the last 18 months, the numbers we will hit over the next year will be huge
attention is one of the most valuable assets on the internet.
every company wants it. every brand competes for it. yet delivering measurable attention is still a challenge.
that's why bitcast is interesting.
even in a bear market, they're building around a real business need.
and there's another thing worth paying attention to: the money they generate ultimately flows back into buybacks. that's a strong signal of dedication to the protocol and its long term value.
team is cooking hard, and i think many people are underestimating what they're working on.
right now, it's early and uncertain.
that's the point.
but the best time to study an opportunity isn't after the market has figured it out.
it's before.

Creator marketing breaks down when it scales.
Working with 5 creators manually is already a fairly chunky task. Finding the right creators, outreach, negotiating, chasing content, measuring performance and payments takes a lot of time.
Do that with 50 creators and it’s basically out of the question without a team.
You can use an agency - but they do the same manual work. You’re paying for the admin required - relying heavily on their judgement on who you should work with.
There are already platforms that automate parts of the process out there. But automation on its own without the correct intelligence directing it just results in you making bad decisions faster.
Bitcast is different.
End to end automation combined with market-leading creator intelligence.
The end goal isn’t another creator marketing platform. It’s the infrastructure that creator marketing platforms can be built on.
A protocol for effective creator marketing at scale.
Sweet new opportunity for Prediction Market creators on Stitch3!
