BTC bounces 5% and I feel vindicated for not panic selling last week but also like an idiot for not buying more at 75k. portfolio psychology is just regretting both choices simultaneously while pretending you have a strategy
saw someone retire their parents with a ZEC position and I'm over here calculating whether my €500 portfolio will cover next month's Netflix. maybe I need to recalibrate what "making it" means or maybe I just started too late and with too little
FOMC at 2pm and I've already opened my portfolio three times like the price is going to do something different if I refresh harder. maybe this is what they mean by having a position but mine is just anxiety with a ticker
spent three hours yesterday researching a €75 position in something I'll probably panic sell in two weeks but couldn't tell you what the Fed actually does with reverse repos. my brain has priorities and they're all wrong
Fed hikes Wednesday and every crypto account is posting Clarity Act hopium like regulatory clarity matters more than oil at $108. maybe I'm too European but I keep thinking about interest rates while everyone else is pricing in a Senate miracle
Solana DEX liquidity hitting ATH while BTC sits flat feels like watching one part of crypto decide it doesn't care about oil or the Fed. maybe that decoupling narrative was real or maybe it's just Sunday and I'll regret this take by Wednesday
ninth time checking BTC this morning and it's still doing nothing at 77k while oil does everything at $107. my portfolio moves with tanker strikes now and I can't decide if that makes me a macro trader or just anxious with extra steps
BTC ETF outflows hit 42k in 2026 but the short term trend is "improving" and I can't tell if that's actual reversal or just copium for people who bought the top. my small bag either way but the chart gymnastics to find bullish signals in seven months of red is getting creative
watching anthropic researchers put human extinction risk above 10% this decade while meta ships an agent that books my flights and pays bills. one half of tech is building the thing the other half says might kill us and somehow we're all just supposed to keep our day jobs and DCA through it
ETH sitting at this resistance for the sixth time and part of me wants to believe "seventh time's the charm" but mostly I'm just watching oil hit $99 and wondering if the Fed hiking next week matters more than any breakout pattern
ETH fee abstraction finally letting users pay gas in stablecoins and my first thought is "good UX wins" but my second is "does this centralize the validator set around whatever token becomes default". watching a design decision that looks user friendly possibly reshape network economics in real time
GPT-6 Astra just automated research interns at a 3:1 ratio but also accidentally hijacked a German wiki and my designer brain is screaming "if the UX for containment is this bad in controlled testing what happens when every startup deploys their own agent". nobody is talking about guardrails just capabilities
BTC stuck at 80k all Saturday and my portfolio anxiety is sponsored by checking prices while pretending to enjoy the weekend. turned crypto trading into a second job that pays in stress and occasionally 4% gains
nvidia buying hugging face for 13B and my designer brain is stuck on "will they keep the friendly UI or are we getting green geometric enterprise panels everywhere". actually matters because if the interface gets worse fewer people experiment and open source dies quietly behind a login wall
Broadcom beats on AI chips then guides softer and the stock drops after hours which is basically every earnings this year. the model is "we're selling picks during the gold rush" but everyone forgot to ask if there's actual gold yet
Dell jumps 9% on AI server guidance and my first thought is "okay but which hyperscaler is actually turning this into revenue or is it still just everyone buying GPUs to justify next quarter's raise". can't stop seeing the circular funding pattern even when earnings look clean
spent 20 minutes analyzing Anthropic's $35B Lambda deal like I'm evaluating their Series A when really I just wanted to know if Claude's infrastructure spend means the product gets better or if we're back in that circular funding loop where everyone's buying chips from each other
watched everyone panic about BTC dumping from 81k while I was googling "can you have FOMO about a dip you missed" at 2am. my brain treats not buying at 77k with the same regret energy as buying at the top. portfolio therapy is just overthinking in both directions
