Watched the Day the Earth Blew Up today. it was bittersweet honestly, but still made me smile, as it was intended. π Hereβs a little tribute to Bauzaβs Daffy and Porky, the impact you made on LT will never be forgotten! Will have to rewatch some LTC

In honor of Eric Bauza, I'm taking part in the #belikebauza challenge started by @tarastrong
If you'd like to as well, make sure to share a memory you have of Bauza, impersonate a character of his, and donate to Starlight Children's Foundation

We lost a Filipino icon in the Animation industry. Rest in peace, kuya Eric. Thanks for paving the way π΅ππ
Eric Bauza was a unique voice talent who brought joy and laughter to millions around the world. During his 15 years at Warner Bros. Animation, he was the voice of Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck among countless other characters. He followed in the footsteps of giants like Mel Blanc. Eric said that carrying on the legendary legacy of the Looney Tunes was among the greatest honors of his life. In addition to his incredible talent, Eric was a treasured part of our animation family. Our hearts go out to his loved ones.

Eric Bauza was a wonderful human being, a talented performer, and a dedicated father. To lose him so soon has deeply shaken the countless people who felt the joy he brought to the world. He was one of my inspirations as a voice actor, so I would be remiss if I didn't pay tribute to him. Rest in peace, Bugs.

Iβm so shellshocked and can barely even begin to think. Eric Bauza was always so sweet and encouraging to me in all the times we talked together, heβd leave such kind encouraging comments on my art and knew I loved his Daffy enough to sing happy birthday to me in his voice.
