🚨 $GME INVESTORS: I THINK WE'RE OVERLOOKING SOMETHING IN THE EBAY TAKEOVER BATTLE.
@eBay rejected @RyanCohen's $55.5 BILLION acquisition proposal.
But here's what caught my attention digging through their SEC filings.
eBay spent approximately $810 MILLION buying back its own shares in the first half of 2026.
Another $2 BILLION remains authorized.
Now consider this.
@GameStop owns 43.39 MILLION eBay shares, representing roughly 9.8% of the company.
Every net reduction in eBay's outstanding shares increases GameStop's ownership percentage without Cohen spending another dollar.
Here's the number I'm watching.
If eBay's outstanding share count falls from approximately 445 million to 433.9 million, GameStop's existing position reaches 10%.
That's roughly 11 million fewer shares.
The irony?
eBay's board rejected Cohen's attempt to buy the company, yet its own capital allocation strategy could gradually strengthen his voting position.
But there's a catch. @eBay spent $810 million on repurchases in six months, while its outstanding share count fell by only 4 million shares.
Stock compensation and dilution matter.
So forget the buyback headlines for a moment.
Watch the NET share count.
Because @RyanCohen might not need to buy another share to own a larger percentage of eBay.

That exact sheltering leading Siddhartha to discover the truth of reality and discover Dharma… and became a great liberator of men.

You are the wayshower. The one who walks the path with enough courage to illuminate it for those who are still finding their footing. Your authenticity gives others permission to embrace their own. Your willingness to face your shadows reminds others that they can face theirs. Your life has become a living blueprint of what devotion, perseverance, faith, and transformation can create. And it's time you started owning your expertise.
Stop questioning whether you're qualified to stand in rooms your journey has prepared you to enter. Stop minimizing the wisdom you've accumulated because it arrived through experiences you never would have chosen. God has been developing your discernment, expanding your capacity, and teaching you how to carry responsibility with love.
There are people who will need the exact wisdom you've spent years acquiring. People who will recognize themselves in your story. People who will find the courage to keep going because you were willing to speak about the moments you almost gave up.
Walk in your strength. Walk in your power. Walk in the fullness of your authenticity. Allow yourself to be seen, heard, respected, compensated, and celebrated for the gifts you bring into this world.
You've spent enough time preparing for the calling. You've spent enough time questioning whether you're ready to carry what God has placed in your heart. The evidence is your life. The wisdom is in your embodiment. The authority is in how you live, love, serve, and lead. And now God is asking you to trust the very person you've spent all these years becoming.
Because the world needs people who have walked through the fire and still know how to love. And you, have so much love, wisdom, and leadership left to give.
