The leaders winning right now aren't the ones with the best tech stack.
They're the ones asking harder questions:
Do our people trust the vision (our navigation)?
Is this transformation for them — or happening to them?
One builds momentum. The other breeds resistance.
The future isn't human or machine.
I think it's human-led, machine-enabled — with vision that earns trust before it demands adoption.
In either case... to achieve... you must have the right flight crew!
