The University of Charleston has been ranked the Best College in West Virginia by Niche for 2026 & weβre the only private school in the top ten. A HUGE shoutout to our UC community for making this recognition possible!
Early workout today before school, focused on rotational strength and power. Followed up with ice/compression treatment on my shoulder. @ucwv_softball @CoachTaylorW @rielly_lucas #Wingsup
