Building an inclusive workforce isn’t just an initiative; it’s how we drive lasting national impact. Last week we convened partners to refine best practices, build sustainable career pathways, and connect youth with disabilities to fulfilling, dignified employment.

True inclusion isn’t created for people, it’s driven by them. Our Disability Inclusion Facilitator approach puts young people with disabilities in the driver’s seat, using lived experience to transform communities.

Visibility & support matter just as much as talent on the pitch. Through #LevelingThePlayField with adidas Foundation & Ability Sport Africa, we are combining grassroots talent with advocacy to ensure blind football gets the spotlight it deserves.

Through our partnership with Ability Sport Africa and adidas Foundation, we are creating equal opportunities for youth with disabilities to build excel in sports.
From Gulu to the National Stage!
Six talented boys from our pilot schools in Gulu are headed to the Blind Football Tournament to play alongside teams from different regions. We are using inclusive sports to showcase the incredible abilities of youth with visual impairments.
Stronger systems, brighter futures for our children! Last week, our #123ICanSee team reviewed key milestones & charted the path ahead. Together with healthcare partners and communities, we’re ensuring every child can see, learn, and thrive.
