A stop off before going home. You can guess where the fish and chips are from. 🐟 🍟 👨‍🍳 ☀️

Another week working out if I can retire here yet 🤗

After a busy half term…back in my happy place 🌊🌈💕

60 children in spooky dress up all day. Spooky phonics, disguising ghosts and an afternoon of disco and party games! Is it half term yet? 🤣 💤

My amazing colleague has been busy adding to this each day. The children have loved seeing the pumpkin seeds growing and changing. 🌱 🎃

We grew this pumpkin using the seeds from last year’s pumpkin. We have been watching it grow for the last few weeks. Today we cut it open to get the seeds to plant for next year’s classes. 🌱 🎃

One very happy member of reception seeing his cake design come to life! And one very talented colleague who became both Mr and Mrs Baker for the class. 🎂 👨‍🍳

Got to love pumpkin play 🎃🧡

Conker season! We used them to subitise. What do you see? How do you see it? We rolled them down drainpipes to see which sound it landed on and trapped them in our conker corkscrews. #EYFS

It’s my favourite time of year…pumpkins and the leaf thief! 🍁 🎃

Lots of lovely mark making over the last few days. Thanks so much to @Whitefieldhead for the inspiration! 🖤🤍 ✏️🖌️

We found floury footprints in class and some cctv yesterday. Then an apology letter with ingredients from the gingerbread man. This all led to 60 gingerbread men being made and baked today. ⭐️ 🧑‍🍳

My eldest brother got married yesterday. 💒 It’s been a long time since the family got together. My nephews and niece are now old enough to buy us drinks at the bar too. Lovely to see my brother so happy! ❤️
