Remembering the courage and sacrifice of the Parachute Regiment and Allied Airborne Forces during Operation Market Garden, September 1944. They fought against overwhelming odds, and held their ground with extraordinary determination. Ready for anything 🆎 #Arnhem #Paras

Women's rugby brought circa £1.7m to Welsh rugby last year & there is hope it will break even in the next 3 years. WRU Director of Women's Rugby Nadine Griffiths strongly refutes the idea that pro women's rugby is coming at the expense of a region. Interview tonight @ITVWales

“They don’t have to choose between food and sport.”🏉❤️ Caerau Ely RFC has recently achieved Platinum Status funding by the WRU, recognising the incredible work it does to support its local community. This is a clwb rygbi that is not just growing, but helping Ely thrive. The first in our new series shining a light on the remarkable work of community clubs across Cymru 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 #ThisIsCaerauElyRFC
