So much for pushing for more compensation for @WASPI_Campaign , after letting down pensioners over Winter Fuel , young families with the 2 Child Benefit Cap, NI increases and Farmers Tax, it’s clear that you can’t trust @Keir_Starmer & @UKLabour MP’s to keep their promise, #WASPI
After the supreme effort of campaigners, today's report is a long overdue acknowledgement that the DWP failed #WASPI women.
But the recommended compensation of £1000-£2500 isn't good enough. They are owed far more. I'll continue to push for fair compensation @WASPI_Campaign

I have signed the letter from @libdemdaisy to the Chancellor calling for a huge rethink on Business Rates.
Our proposed new system would
💷 Base the rate on value of land where the business is.
🔍 Move revaluations to an annual basis.
