I'm going on a 3 week trip, and was looking for a better setup for working on my projects remotely. @opencode + plugins satisfied my weird provider needs, but no mobile app (android). Tried @t3dotcodes, it was the missing piece. Great ux for distributed work. gj @theo

The plunge is no tests at all. Given the chance, most models will take any opportunity to add an "e2e or system level test" if allowed, because it's easy to categorize any change as a "system level" change.
I am taking the plunge.

Just tell the thing to write the test(s) when _you_ think is right! Tell it what to test! This is the only way AI written tests make any sense, with intention

AI has this leveling effect, and many are excited because they never had the required time or skills to make stuff, but now are fully empowered and feeling the magic of creation for the first time. That is good. But on the other hand, I think that building something new, still requires imagination, taste, stamina (all three trainable), and either lots of luck or being plugged in the right circles. That's a smaller subset of folks. I imagine the empowerment will wear off eventually, and most will return to buying/consuming what a few create? We'll see.

I recommend making silly games with this! I had this unfinished daily game idea from years ago. I told Charming to make it and it finished it in less than an hour, all I had to do was set it up with a USDA api key.
Everyone in AI is building for everyone else in AI. We're building for your group chat. Introducing Charming ✨ Personal apps for us normies. Make an app for your book club, a meal planner for your family, go wild (it's free!) Build in Claude/ChatGPT, share like a Google Doc

Well this is good timing. I just migrated my personal to EmDash last week, and didn't even know it was so close to 1.0. It's so easily extensible and customizable, I'm excited to show what I've been able to do with it already!

Generative UI/UX is so cool and intuitive. You just give a model a set of carefully crafted tools and let the logic be inferred Seriously love this era. It’s literally magic and I can’t wait to see how other industries evolve too

In Herm 1.6, you can finally create and edit your own eikons. I want to see what you come up with

Got image or video gen tools? Make it even easier using the /eikon-create skill to make an Eikon interactively with your Hermes Agent @NousResearch
