You’ve waited long enough, and the wait is FINALLY over!! 🔥🔥 The Killer Issues demo is OUT NOW! 🎉🔪 We noticed everyone’s been feeling a little down lately, so we thought we’d cheer you up with a comedy game… with a little horror, of course 😙 This time, you’re playing as a serial killer hanging out with his friends at a lakehouse retreat… But there’s one tiny problem. Now YOU’RE the victim 👀 Goof around, get scared, have a laugh, and don’t forget to wishlist! 😉 #KillerIssues #HorrorComedy #IndieGames #IndieHorror #GameDev

We are thrilled to have been partnered with LIMELESS and our creators playing their games! They are great to work with and their games have been fun to play 🩶
Dear game developers, perfectionism cost us 2 years. Please don't let it cost you yours. We spent almost 2 years making games and released NOTHING. Then one meeting changed everything. We call it the "Homeless-less Limeless Studio" meeting. One of our teammates spent time preparing an entire presentation because becoming a full-time game developer meant so much to him. And So did all of us. But after 2 years of unfinished projects, we were no closer to that dream. He made us realize something: We were so obsessed with making great games that we weren't finishing any. That meeting changed the way we make games, and he played a huge part in shaping who we are today. His message was simple: Stop chasing perfection. Stop over-scoping. Stop extending deadlines. Because players don't give a single **** about half the things we spend weeks overthinking. So we gave ourselves 25 days to finish a game. We spent those 25 days working around 16 hours daily. It was exhausting, but we were so excited to finally get a game out. And after 2 years of trying, we finally released our first game on Steam: My Peephole: Hotel Harborview! We learned so much from that experience, and it completely changed how we approach game development. We have a much bigger flagship game we dream of making someday. And we're making these smaller games to get ready for it. Every release teaches us something unfinished projects wouldn't teach. And Each game gets us a little closer to making THAT game. And today, exactly one year after our first release, we have 8 games on Steam, and we're aiming for 12 by the end of 2026! We're still the same people chasing the same dream. And for the first time, we feel like we're actually getting somewhere. One step a a time. Don't let your dream betray you. #gamedev #indiedev

Apparently, a new study found that Steam sales per wishlist have dropped by almost half📉 Guess we have to remind you not leave our games haunted in your wishlists😞 But seriously, how many games do you currently have on your Steam wishlist? #GameDev #IndieDev #IndieGames #GameDevelopment

Following up on yesterday’s discussion… A studio canceled their demo out of fear their game would get copied before release… But how are devs supposed to build hype and get feedback if they’re afraid to show their games?🤔 Would you keep your game a secret until launch or take the risk? #GameDev #IndieDev
A game developer has canceled its public demo over fears people could use AI to copy the game before launch Alliance Arts will hold closed playtests instead, with rules banning participants from using AI to analyze or copy the game

The fact that almost every game ends up getting copied on Roblox within HOURS is honestly insane… Imagine spending months, or even years, developing a game, only to wake up and find a Roblox version of it. Not even on Steam, but ROBLOX💀 Is there actually anything devs can do to protect their games from this? Or have we all just accepted that it’s inevitable at this point? #Roblox #IndieDev #GameDev #IndieGames #GameDevelopment
