Plagues - They occur in areas of poor health and hygiene and are more likely where there are unburied dead bodies.
Health Clinic Building - These can be placed in the bottom of apartments to improve overall health by a small amount.
Photo Mode - Use a new a free camera mode and ability to animate the camera along a path, adjust sun angle and more for the perfect shot.
Colosseum Games - You can plan and stage gladiator bouts. Have the gladiators you trained fight each other or beasts, decide if they should be shown mercy.
Map Editor - Added a map editor during map select in creative mode. Edit the terrain, rocks, trees, fish and more to your desire before starting a game.
Apollo, God of Health and Healing - His small temple bonus provides a way for citizens to seek divine healing when afflicted by plague.
