Resistance 2 was released today in 2008 by @InsomniacGames, being the last exclusive FPS release for @PlayStation that delivered everything it promised. Today marks 18 years since we had the launch of an excellent game with a campaign and multiplayer of unquestionable quality!
Reminds me of days of Killzone 2!!! @Sony to get back on making games like Killzone 2/3!! Let's hope the new game is the reboot or a sequel!! @AngieSmets @hermenhulst @Guerrilla @killzone @PlayStation

My personal opinion from watching the Movie. 7/10
Storyline could’ve been better and the ending, which most were unexpected.
But know, the ending definitely opens up the door for a sequel.
Also, the story was NOT all over place besides the ending.
So, 7/10 for me. 🤷🏼♂️

Sony has patented a water-based cooling system for PlayStation 6. The design replaces liquid metal with a sealed vapor chamber and purified water to eliminate leaks. The chip will likely adopt a phase-change material that outperforms standard thermal paste by 40% while trailing liquid metal by only 15% without any of its risks.
The rod-shaped pipes with conical sections function as integrated micro-reservoirs to counter gravity. This layout prevents liquid pooling and completely stops thermal buildup near the processor when the system is placed vertically.
Eliminating the electrically conductive alloy prevents dangerous motherboard short circuits and simplifies automated factory assembly. The solution fixes previous hardware flaws.

The refined semiconductor lithography cuts leakage currents by 10% and increases logic density by 4%, creating substantial voltage headroom while keeping the custom Kynis chip protected from thermal degradation. In handheld mode, the processor maintains a 15W envelope with 7.5 teraflops for native 1080p and 1440p gaming.
Connecting the device to the dock removes portable power constraints through active cooling and continuous power delivery, driving RDNA 5 graphics clocks up to 1.85 GHz. Compute throughput scales to 11.5 teraflops, delivering a 53% uplift over mobile use. Thanks to this boost, docked performance completely surpasses the base PS5 and PS5 Slim models, which feature 10.3 teraflops at variable clocks up to 2.23 GHz.
Paired with 24 GB of unified LPDDR5X memory and proprietary PSSR upscaling, this overclock allows stable 4K resolution output at up to 120 Hz via HDMI 2.1. It transforms the handheld into a capable home console, running native PS5 games on large displays without losing image fidelity or performance.

The ones he knows of so far are Killzone, Sly Cooper and Ape escape
These will be funded and published by Sony and worked on by external developers
