"Australian judge Andrew Muller refused to imprison the 16 year old teenage rapist because he found that the rapist didn’t know that rape was against Australian customs - he had “limited insight into societal norms in Australia.”" This is insane.
BREAKING NEWS: An Australian judge just let a foreign violent rapist escape prison because he found that the rapist didn’t know that rape was a crime in Australia. Within six months of moving to Australia, a foreign 16 year old teenager committed a brutal violent rape attack. Australian judge Andrew Muller refused to imprison the 16 year old teenage rapist because he found that the rapist didn’t know that rape was against Australian customs - he had “limited insight into societal norms in Australia.” In determining the sentence, Justice Muller somehow found that the fact that the rapist didn’t understand that rape was against Australian culture reduced his moral culpability for the rape. I don’t understand. This is sickening. In a victim impact statement, the victim described feeling a loss of dignity, confidence and sense of self. She said she "can no longer call [her] body [her] own" and that night her life was stolen and would forever be changed.

It’s interesting that Albanese and Bowen both declined to wear the traditional fau head garland presented at the welcome ceremony in Tuvalu. A Tuvalu government adviser has already called it disrespectful to their culture, noting every other person wore one. If that isn’t an insult to the host, it’s hard to see what is. Albanese and Bowen are representing Australia. They constantly talk about respecting other cultures, and they’ve embarrassed themselves again.

Diversity is our Downfall There should be a clause in every visa that invalidates it completely, if the visa holder breaks a criminal law
A violent schizophrenic Sudanese criminal who was jailed for a horrific attack on an elderly man in Adelaide has had his refugee visa restored so he can get access to NDIS support and housing.

Why didn’t @OneNationVic include sex based rights in their election campaign material? Their national leader @PaulineHansonOz has been strong on this issue yet the Victorian branch doesn’t seem to give two hoots. One Nation is running 93 candidates in the Victorian election. Only 22 of those are female. You’d think they would want to balance that disparity by acknowledging an issue that means a hell of a lot to a lot of women. @WarrenPHON_VIC

This is Peter Britten-Jones, Deputy President of the Administrative Review Tribunal, who recently delivered an insane ruling that serves as a jarring example of our country's inverted priorities... In a decision that defies common sense and places the Australian public in danger, Peter looked at a violent Sudanese criminal with a horrific track record of assaults, drug offences, and a brutal carjacking of a 79-year-old grandfather, and decided that instead of ordering a deportation, the appropriate ruling was to give him a permanent Global Special Humanitarian visa so he can stay in Australia forever. As if that wasn't enough, this woke old turd of a tribunal member also ORDERED the crook be fast-tracked into an NDIS plan "to help reduce the risk of reoffending". This means ordinary Australians are now footing the bill for the Sudanese piece of garbage whose name has been shielded to receive intensive daily carer support, specialist coordinators, and priority housing... perks explicitly denied to many law-abiding citizens struggling with disabilities. According to Peter, the community is safer if the taxpayer provides a comfortable cushion for violent offenders. He prioritised what is "best for the applicant" over the peace of mind of everyday Australians. Sadly, the tribunal's obsession with coddling dangerous foreign offenders extends FAR beyond Peter or this single case. Just recently, this exact same body allowed an Afghan refugee to stay in the country after he sexually assaulted a 13-year-old child on a Sydney bus, wiping away the horrific crime because the predator showed "deep remorse." Month after month, the tribunal operates as an elite shielding service for the worst elements of society, also restoring the visas of: - a Malaysian doctor convicted of sexually assaulting a teenager - a Zambian who abused a three-year-old toddler - a Nepalese child sex offender - a Chinese wife-killer - an Ethiopian rapist - an African refugee who sexually abused his own nine-year-old niece, because the tribunal didn't want the offender to lose access to NDIS funding. Seriously WTAF. While victims are left to pick up the pieces of their shattered lives, our highest authorities are actively weaponising taxpayer dollars to ensure their abusers are wrapped in a cozy safety net of government support. This is the legacy of years of Labor and the Greens endlessly pushing institutional suicidal empathy. While the government uses its absolute ministerial powers to aggressively deport foreign professionals and veterans for minor political infractions, actual killers, rapists, and paedophiles are treated with golden gloves. We are no longer a sovereign nation enforcing strict boundaries to protect our citizens. Instead, our borders have been entirely dismantled from within, transformed into an open-door welfare agency that rewards heinous criminal acts with a lifetime of premium, taxpayer-funded luxury. If you've had enough, can't take it any more and want this INSANITY to stop, vote for One Nation. They're the only party who will take the power away from these activist tribunal members and judges by passing a law requiring the MANDATORY DEPORTATION of ANY foreign criminal convicted of ANY offence without ANY exceptions or rights to appeal - very simply, if you commit a crime, you're booted TF out of Australia, NEVER to be allowed back in.

It already kind of is. Top marginal rate plus Medicare sits at 47% for high earners, so the ATO really does walk away with nearly half without ever putting a ring on it.

Heard this today from a smart European: Europe has subcontracted security to America. Its economy to China. Energy to Russia and its labor force to the Islamists. This model now has completely collapsed.

When you’re desperate to live a lie, encountering the truth probably is damaging to your mental health. That doesn’t mean the truth is the problem. It means that trying to make a lie a reality hasn’t helped your mood.

Some of the most insane figures you’ll read this year. Simply put, you cannot accurately understand British life, or British politics, if you aren’t aware of them. I say this as someone who’s descended from immigrants btw: ‘From June 2021 to June 2025 approximately 4 million migrants of various types came to Britain. According to the University of Oxford’s Migration Observatory, more people moved to Britain in those four years than the entire population of Wales. To give this some grounding in our country’s deep and ancient history, the Welsh are the ethnic group most closely descended from the original Brythonic inhabitants of the British Isles. They are now outnumbered by migrants who arrived in just those four years. The incomprehensible scale of this migration is comparable in size to England’s entire 17th century population. To call these figures incomprehensible is not rhetorical flourish; people quite literally don’t understand the numbers. Research from the thinktank Onward published in 2024 found that voters believed that about 70,000 migrants had entered England in the preceding year. Net migration in 2023 had in fact been 672,000. Between 2001 and 2020 the size of Britain’s foreign-born population doubled. By 2025 one in 30 people living in Britain had arrived as a migrant in the previous four years under the Tory government. Strikingly, 10% of all residents of England do not identify with any UK national identity. Between 1975 and 2025 the white British population of London declined from 85% to 37%… While legal migration soared, Britain’s southern coast was beset by illegal immigration in the small boat crisis. Between January and April 2025 more than 10,000 illegal immigrants arrived. This is about as many men of fighting age as were in William the Conqueror’s army at the Battle of Hastings. In 2022 45,000 illegal migrants came ashore in Britain in small boats. This is a larger group of men than the Roman Army that conquered Britain in 43 AD. These changes are without precedent in the entirety of English history. They are not incidental migrations, they will reconfigure the country forever. This is a lengthy quote from @BenBarryJones’ Island of Strangers.

The hide of this woman We funded everything including her university fees for her to become a "lawyer" She went on national TV saying she plans on leaving "racist" Australia Now she's pan handling. Her words My bills have accumulated, my mortgage is in arrears, and I cannot currently afford car insurance. I am asking for $150,000 to help me meet essential costs and remain in Australia through to mid-2027 while I focus on recovery. This support would give me some stability at a time when I have very little left to draw on. How the funds will be used $50,000 toward mortgage arrears, overdue household bills and utilities, and car insurance. $100,000 toward essential living costs through to mid-2027. Any funds remaining after these costs will go toward legal expenses related to the review process.
