Delighted to host David Griffin, President of @cricketireland today. He presented a plaque commemorating our 150th year anniversary & a framed original of our 1959 MCU registration letter, which listed Jim Campion, whose son David and grandsons Ethan & Caleb played today.

A gallery of the brilliant turnout at @LismoreCC for Week 2 of their @cricketireland Smash It/It's Wicket camp sessions. So impressed with the energy from the children and the planning by the Activators. Just wonderful! 😍

We are thrilled to announce that Lismore Cricket Club 1st XI has won the MCU Division 3 T20 League in spectacular fashion!
Thank you to our Captain Gireesh for his on-field leadership, all our members, volunteers, sponsors and the wider community for your unwavering support!
Grand Final Glory – In the final against Cork Harlequins CC 4th XI, Lismore CC posted an imposing 220/6 in 18 overs. Michael Talbot starred again with a stunning 100 runs, supported by another MC batting display with a rapid 65. 📷
Defending the total, our bowlers shone brightly! Michael Talbot took 3/23, and Gikhil Francis claimed 2/20. Cork Harlequins managed 113/7 in their 18 overs. Our disciplined bowling and fielding ensured a resounding 107-run victory.
Congratulations to our 1XI for securing a well-deserved win against Waterford this bank holiday monday!
Thanks to our sponsors Beecher’s Centra Lismore, O'Leary Estate Agent , & Red House Lismore
Lismore Taverners hosted the RTE XI for a thoroughly enjoyable friendly match which was played in great spirit. Many thanks to RTE for traveling to Lismore.
And the covers are on as we prepare to host @CricketWDCC , @Cork_CountyCC , @QuinsCC and @Kerry_Cricket for a division 2 T20 triple header Sunday, perfect weather Saturday to trial our new covers 🤣
Lismore finally got the season started (after a few rescheduled matches) with a win over @QuinsCC at home. Congrats to Quinns all rounder A. Brokenshire for taking the Royal Duck of our very own Brendan!
Many thanks to our gold sponsor Assured Financial Solutions – afs.ie/ – lots of new equipment and kit arriving at the club soon thanks to their support.
Thanks for travelling guys, great match.
Our friendly XI won a tightly contested game yesterday at @LismoreCC , with contributions from all players, although the result was secondary to the fantastic spirit that the game was played in, and fantastic performances from juniors Gowtham, and Assam in his first senior match.
Pleased to annouce, with support from @cricketireland and @MunsterCricket , we'll be running 3 youth programs over the summer, 630-730pm Wednesday nights for July & August.
