With our final Spirit of Merseyside League match day taking place next week, lets take one last look at our league tables before we crown our winners! Only 3 points separate the top 3 teams in the Premiership, with @WirralChange A, @HeadStartMH, and Hope United all able to win the league! @crisis_uk lead the Championship by 5 points, with Wirral Change B looking to close the gap! @ForumHousing are way out in front in Division One, and may have their league wrapped up already... but anything can happen in football! Today the team are completing their First Aid for Mental Health course, following on from our initial mental health training earlier in the year. We're improving our knowledge and skills to provide a safe environment for our members, staff, and anyone who attends our events. Before the penultimate Spirit of Merseyside League event got underway, Chris gave a brief talk to our attendees about the importance of talking to each other when we're struggling, and reminded us how football has the power to build real relationships. #MoreThanJustFootball

Our fitness sessions with Shredfast return tomorrow! Every Thursday from 1pm, we'll be at The Focus Building with the Shredfast team, offering a free men's fitness and social session for our interested members. This is a free weekly space for men to improve their physical health, support their mental wellbeing, and connect with others in a welcoming and supportive environment. Delivered by the Shredfast team and Liverpool Homeless Football Club, each session combines expert fitness coaching with the opportunity to stay afterwards for a free coffee and social space. #MoreThanJustFootball
