Every Hope Box, family grant, and rocket kit we give out starts with someone who chose to care.
Our Stargrace Circle monthly givers help us say yes to families facing pediatric cancer all year long, not just when a need makes the news.
If Liv's story has touched your heart, we'd love for you to join the circle today: stargracefoundation.org/give ❤️
This is why we do what we do. 🩷✨
This was one of Liv's favorite things to get in the mail.
A charity called With Love makes every box for that child. Liv's was full of Miku, and they even made one for Abby, filled with girly things.
That smile inspired our Hope Boxes. They're packed with Liv's favorite things and the things we needed in the hospital but sometimes forgot. @Liv_Stargrace
We chose to include siblings, because Abby was so often left out. And we include moms, because I know what it's like. Liv was my number one priority, never what I needed.
That smile is what we want every family to feel when they open one. 💛
Here's my photo of this morning's full Hunter's Moon...
and here's what Grok fixed 😂
Either way, it was glowing over the trees and it was breathtaking.
No matter where we are, we're all looking up at the same sky Liv loved. 🌕
Share your photos of the Hunter’s moon below!
I took this last night as the moon climbed over the trees, almost full and glowing in that pink fall sky.
Tonight the full Hunter's Moon rises in the east around sunset, with Saturn shining beside it like a little golden lantern.
Grab a blanket and someone you love, and spend a few quiet minutes under the sky Liv adored.
Then share your moon photos in the comments. We'd love to see the moon from wherever you are! 🌕
These Civil Air Patrol cadets just got their rocket kits from our Space Dreams program! 🚀
Through Space Dreams, Liv's Stargrace Foundation sponsors youth rocketry clubs and sends them free rocket kits, so more kids get to feel the thrill of a countdown and watch something they built take off. Liv loved looking up, and helping kids reach for the stars is one of our favorite ways to carry her light forward.
Know a club or classroom that would love some rockets?

This is the smile I remember most.
When Liv was fighting cancer, friends and strangers would show up with baskets full of little things to get her through the hard days. She lit up every time.
Now we get to be the people showing up.
That's what @Liv_Stargrace's Hope Boxes are for.
💛🎗️
This message made our whole week. 💛
Luke received one of our Hope Boxes and has been enjoying every piece of it, and his family took the time to send us photos and let us know how much it meant to them. We started delivering these boxes to families facing pediatric cancer in July, and this fall they're still reaching families who need a little comfort on the hard days.
Thank you for letting us share your joy with us. This is exactly why we do this.
Please keep praying for Luke and his family. ❤️

One year ago Liv had her post T-cell PET and MRI scans in Seattle.
We hoped and prayed for the best. Deep down, I already knew it didn’t work. I had watched her decline over the six weeks we were there.
I still held onto the miracle as hard as I could.
Tonight's the night! 🌠
The Orionids peak tonight into tomorrow morning. Best viewing is after the moon sets, in the hours before dawn.
Grab a blanket, take your kids outside and look up for Liv. 🩷
Tomorrow night, Wednesday, October 21, into Thursday morning, the Orionid meteor shower peaks as Earth passes through dust left behind by Halley's Comet.
In Liv's memory, we're inviting families to step outside together in the dark hours before dawn, after the moon sets, and watch for shooting stars. Every streak of light is a reminder of the children fighting cancer tonight and the children we've lost, who are forever loved.

Two years ago we stood in line at Elon’s town hall in Philadelphia.
Liv had a PET scan that morning at CHOP. She still made me wait. She wanted to see him in person. She stayed until the end of the night so she could finally ask him a question.
I have the video of her talking to him. I’ll never get another one. 😔

Starting this week with a promise:
"He determines the number of the stars and calls them each by name." (Psalm 147:4)
Every child on Liv's Star Map is known and loved, whether they're fighting today, have rung the bell, or are deeply missed like our Liv. If there's a child you'd like to honor, add their star at:

Saturn is shining over Pennsylvania this month. Step outside after dark and look southeast for a steady golden light.
Liv loved the sky, and every time we look up, we remember that the wonder she carried is still out there.
If you have a child in your heart, add their name to Liv's Star Map and let their light shine too. 🌟💫

Last year in Seattle, Liv's immune system was finally recovering and she wanted to see the Space Needle.
We only got three more months with her after this.
While reconciling our @TheGivingBlock donations for September, I was shocked to see an anonymous gift of $30,000 USDC from September 26. 💛
To whoever you are: thank you. Your generosity will help families facing pediatric cancer and send survivors reaching for the stars in Liv's memory.
We may not know your name, but we're so grateful for your heart. 🩷

Thank you to everyone who has prayed, given, and shared Liv's story. ✨💎
Your kindness becomes gas money to get to treatment, a warm meal after a long hospital day, and a reason for a family to keep going.
Liv's faith still lights the way, and together we honor her by loving the children still in the fight.

Two years ago, for one night, we stood with the Polaris Dawn crew, and we forgot her cancer was back.
Liv dreamed of the stars, and thanks to Jared Isaacman, more kids get to reach them. 🚀
His generosity sponsors the Asteroid Scholarship, which sends pediatric cancer survivors to Space Camp in Liv's memory to explore, build rockets, and dream as big as she did.
Applications for the 2027 Asteroid Scholarship will be opening soon, so keep an eye on our page!
Thank you, Jared!

After her lung surgery, we almost said no to Antarctica.
I already knew what a second time meant. If it came back once, it was going to come back again. The first time she was diagnosed, I refused to believe that. We were going to be the family that beat it. We were wrong.
We said yes anyway.
She stood on the snow in an orange jacket with Asteroid on her chest. She made it to Antarctica. Most people never do.
We were not collecting trips. We were collecting memories with her.
