Pitching is about more than just throwing hard. It’s about knowing the batters, reading their adjustments, and learning how to stay one step ahead! This weekend was all about trusting my pitches, hitting my spots, and keeping hitters guessing. I worked both the inside and outside corners, got batters chasing my curveball, and then came back inside to keep them off balance. It’s not always about overpowering hitters; sometimes it’s about outsmarting them and letting your pitches work. I wrapped up the tournament with 13 innings pitched, 24 strikeouts, 1 no-hitter, and a 0.00 ERA for the weekend! Every inning is an opportunity to learn, compete, and get better. Grateful for the opportunity to keep growing, trust the work being put in, and give God the glory through it all. This is just the beginning! 🙏🏼 @catemiceli @TCAJaxSoftball @Regulacion6597 @TOP_D1RECRUITS @PrepSoftball @ExtraInningSB @CSUBucsSoftball @CoastalSoftball @RacersSoftball @FSCJSoftball @KelseySweatt #PitchSmart #TrustYourPitches #WorkInSilence #PitchingDevelopment #AllGloryToGod

Had the best time @FSCJSoftball tonight for a scrimmage. Really enjoyed hearing @SabrinaHartsel1 speak and offer advice and encouragement about the recruiting process. Really looking forward to growing and attending some camps in the future!

Working every corner of the zone last weekend! There’s something special about watching the movement on those pitches after the fact and seeing the work in action. Every spin, every adjustment, and every rep has a purpose. Trusting the process and loving the progress! @ExtraInningSB @PrepSoftball @TCAJaxSoftball @SweattKelsey @catemiceli @GoCCUsports @CSUBucsSoftball @TopPreps @FBFAthletes @FaithDrivenAth @Regulacion6597 #classof2030 #rhp #FaithOverFear

Being a pitcher doesn’t mean you’re always going to punch out every batter or strike everyone out. It means trusting your defense enough to attack the zone, hit your spots, and let your teammates make plays behind you. I pitched 11 innings against some good hitting teams. Faced 45 batters, allowed 6 hits, 1 earned run, 1 walk and 8 strikeouts, ended with an ERA of .636. So thankful for the growth, the lessons, and most importantly, the teammates God has placed around me. It takes a team to win, and I’m blessed to be part of this one! @catemiceli @TCAJaxSoftball @SweattKelsey @CSUBucsSoftball @eastcoast_sb @GoCCUsports @GCSCsoftball @UTampaSoftball @GoMocsSB @ExtraInningSB @Coast2CoastBSM @themaineventsb @TopPreps @PrepSoftball @FAUSoftball

I’ve been putting in a lot of work at the plate — after school, during lessons, and whenever I get the opportunity to practice. Today, I finally got one over our school field. I’m thankful for the progress, but even more thankful for the opportunity to keep learning, growing, and doing what I love. I know every bit of this journey is a blessing, and I’m trusting God with every step along the way. The work matters, but so does remembering Who gave me the ability to do it. 🙏 @TopPreps @ExtraInningSB @SBRRetweets @TOP_D1RECRUITS @PrepSoftball @CSUBucsSoftball @FGCU_Softball @MercerUSoftball @GoCCUsports @eastcoast_sb @Coast2CoastBSM @FBFAthletes @FaithDrivenAth @catemiceli @TCAJaxSoftball

Got the opportunity to guest play with our sister 18U team today! Finished the day batting .400 and even found the fence! 🔥 I’m so thankful for the growth, hard work, and lessons that continue to push me forward and allow me to compete with girls older than me at the same level. @SweattKelsey @KenzieWoods17 @Regulacion6597 @LineDsoftball @ExtraInningSB @TopPreps @PrepSoftball @CSUBucsSoftball @CoastRecruits @CoastalSoftball @DSC_SBall @MercerUSoftball @catemiceli @TCAJaxSoftball

Had the BEST time with @HannahRivers_20 from @FAUSoftball today! 💪🥎 We worked on footwork and getting more efficient with every movement. Then it was on to hitting, focusing on keeping my weight back and staying balanced, followed by pitching where we worked on creating better spin. So much to learn, so much to work on, and always getting a little better every session! So thankful for coaches and mentors that make this possible! @catemiceli @TCAJaxSoftball @ExtraInningSB @PrepSoftball @TakeCharge_SB @SBRRetweets @CoastRecruits @FBFAthletes @FaithDrivenAth @CSUBucsSoftball @MercerUSoftball @TopPreps @CovenantCollege @KelseySweatt @KenzieWoods17 @RUSoftball @GSU_Softball

Still working on my leg drive and staying fast through my drive. 💪🥎 I can feel the difference, and I can see my stride getting better every week. Progress doesn’t happen overnight—it comes from showing up, putting in the work, and staying consistent. 🔥 @CSUBucsSoftball @ExtraInningSB @TakeCharge_SB @TCAJaxSoftball @catemiceli @CoastalSoftball @LineDsoftball @DSC_SBall @GCSCsoftball

I’m truly blessed to have the best mentors in my corner. My pitching and hitting coaches invest so much into me every single week, and I’m grateful for everything they do. They push me when I need it, challenge me to grow, and motivate me to become a better version of myself every time I step on the field or cage. The work isn’t always easy, but it’s always worth it. Here’s to trusting the process and getting 1% better every week. 🥎💙 #Grateful #TrustTheProcess #StudentOfTheGame #SoftballLife #WorkHardDreamBig @CSUBucsSoftball @SoftbalAmerica @ExtraInningSB @DBCUSoftball @MercerUSoftball @KelseySweatt @KenzieWoods17 @FBFAthletes @FaithDrivenAth @GoCCUsports @CovenantCollege @TopPreps @MaxPreps

Had the best time at the @CSUBucsSoftball Prospect Camp yesterday! 🥎 The campus is absolutely beautiful, and the players and coaching staff were second to none. Thank you to Coach @MusserChristi and everyone at Charleston Southern for creating such a welcoming and positive experience. I learned so much and truly enjoyed every minute. Thank you for an unforgettable day and looking forward to the next one!

Being a pitcher means learning that there are often more struggles than successes. The big moments everyone celebrates are built on countless hours of work that no one sees—early mornings, late nights, missed targets, adjustments, and the determination to keep showing up. Tonight was one of those moments that made every bit of that work worth it. I hit a new personal record of 54 mph. 💪🥎 The radar gun only shows a number. It doesn’t show the sacrifices, the setbacks, or the relentless commitment it took to get there. We’re proud of the progress, but even more proud of the work ethic that made it possible. “Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.” — Robert Collier @KelseySweatt @SBRRetweets @CoastRecruits @TopPreps @TOP_D1RECRUITS @MaxPreps @catemiceli @TCAJaxSoftball @ExtraInningSB @LineDsoftball @ExtraInningSB
