Yes, millions may be being "treated" for pain. Ask how many have pain RELIEVED? Any 1 at 50-90 mme after years of being at 200 & over is often left in pain! If we mention that we are uncomfortabe (bedridden) we're told "See! Opiates aren't working !" Maddening

We've all gone thru NSAID comvo w/ our Dr. Even after an esophageal bleed back in 90s from NSAIDs he insisted! Rx'ed 800mg ibuprophen. Told him my kidney were killing me & he scoffed until he saw cysts on my kidneys! If nothing else now knows IPPs don't complain about nothing!

"No one is restricting any prescriptions or any treatment plans." The 91 MILLION Disabled American pain patients would BEG TO DIFFER. I was lucky/blessed enough to have a doc willing to treat my pain, at all. Before then I was cut off all pain meds for 2 1/2 yrs. (Excl. surgery)

My doctor noted insufficient nerve supply to legs. I have a hard anterior collapse and a lateral collapse degenerative scoliosis from 10y of off-label meds for endometriosis. Life. No one ever thinks they're going to agree to a treatment that might harm them only to get tortured.

You know where a Dr can 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗹𝘆 win with me… #compassion & #honesty. I have a decent #understanding, compassion, & #empathy of the dilemma they’re facing. If a Dr treats me like a pariah because of my #pain and/or Rx, & #lies, my compassion & empathy go out the window.
