HGH by Dose: What Changes From 1 to 10 IU elevateresearch.blog/2026/10β¦
The HHS peptide news means easier access. It doesn't mean better evidence. BPC-157 is still mostly animal studies with very little human data.
If you do go the compounded route, at least you'll get a real label with a dose and a lot number. Write it down.
everybody's talking peptides this week. meanwhile the stuff with the best evidence is still boring. sleep, walking, lifting, protein
nobody's ever gonna open a waitlist for a brisk walk
New JAMA Cardiology trial. 104 people with real coronary plaque, never on a statin. One group got LDL to about 70, the other to about 42.
Lower group shrank total plaque 21% vs 14% in 18 months. Small trial, and it's scans, not heart attacks. But plaque isn't a one-way street.

New look at the ASPREE trial. 18k people over 65, low dose aspirin vs placebo for about 5 years. Didn't help anyone stay more functional, and women on aspirin declined a tiny bit faster
post hoc so grain of salt. Still not seeing a case for aspirin as a longevity thing.

Longevity Dad ππ»ποΈππͺπΌ retweeted
Before you vote during Midterms, listen to this
This woman went to Europe for the summer and now knows she has to warn Americans
βI think that Americans, especially in certain areas of the country, don't really understand what it's like to be immersed in communities where there are religious people who basically follow Sharia law, where like they're covering women with sheets, where there's the call to prayer is blasted in their cities, where they want to basically revolve American life around their religious observanceβ
βThey want to use our First Amendment and religious liberties to do that. Use the concepts of diversity, equity, tolerance, and stuff like that as a tool to basically bend bend the will of American culture and values to what they want to doβ
βFor those of you who don't know, I grew up with dual citizenship, French and American. My dad lives in France. He's been there my entire life. That's where I was born. I'm an American citizen. I'd visit him twice a year. I have seen France go from being French to now being French adjacent, let's just say. I've seen complete neighborhoods shift from having French people to now going around and seeing people in hijabs and burqas.
And it just is honestly terrifying because you think, oh, it can't happen here β It's happening. It's currently happeningβ
βThey organize through the religious organization. They've politically organized through their religious organizations, their Islamic centers, using CAIR as their political arm, which is connected to Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood.
There are hearings right now on that going on in the United States Senate. All of this is being allowed to happen in the United States, and we're not far behind what Liz is describing in France. It doesn't take a long time for a place to go from freedom to Sharia, and it's happeningβ
Theyβre right and itβs the Democrat Party that is being used for the Islamic takeover of America
Everyone needs to vote Red or soon all our cities will be full of Muslims blasting the call to prayer and wearing head to toe sheets
According to data when a Muslim runs for office in America, 95% of the time they run as Democrats. That tells you everything you need to know
Vote Red
No truer words!
My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, they will:
1. Make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate.
2. Open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally to cement a permanent majority.
3. Increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority.
This would result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word.
All that is needed to ensure this doesnβt happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one.
coroner report on Richard Norton's death came out. CJC/ipamorelin, prescribed by an actual doctor, made by a licensed compounding pharmacy. he'd been taking double his dose
legal access doesn't make any of this risk free.

This is a great gray market bridge! I am excited how this will look in 6 months!
After months of building and testing, @iyadfarage and I are launching KCompounds.
kcompounds.com
If you've ever tried to check out a vendor before ordering, you know how it goes. You scroll back through Telegram, dig up a screenshot of a COA someone posted months ago, ask around in a couple of chats, and you're still not sure the price list you have is current. When a group gets banned, a lot of that history disappears with it.
KCompounds is where we've started putting all of it in one place, so you can search it and compare.
What's on there now:
- Close to 2,000 lab reports, and we've checked almost every one against the lab's own website
- A Testing Score for each supplier, worked out from their tested products. The method is public, so you can see exactly how it's scored
- Prices per product and size, side by side across suppliers
- Supplier profiles with warehouses, shipping and stock
- A COA checker for the labs that support it
- The KCompounds AI Assistant, for questions about compounds, vendors and reports
- K-Hole investigations
- Ordering straight through the site, where the vendor supports it
- 17 vendors live so far, with more than 20 others registered and being checked
Who you buy from is still your call. We've just tried to put enough evidence in front of you to make it an informed one.
For vendors, every report they file and every product they list stays on their profile, and order performance gets added later. Over time it builds into a record people can look back on.
K-Hole isn't going anywhere. It's still where we talk things through, and KCompounds is the place the data lives.

Lilly ran reta head to head vs Ozempic in type 2 diabetics. 80 weeks, reta 12mg lost 21% body weight vs 9% on Ozempic 2mg
Big gap. But about 8% quit the top dose from side effects vs under 3% on Ozempic, and it was open label. Full data isn't out yet

Read the actual HHS peptide notice. few things people are skippingβ¦
Script has to be written for you specifically. one peptide per vial, no blends. semax is nasal only, KPV oral or topical only. and it's only the small 503A pharmacies so supply's gonna be tight for a while.

BPC, TB-500, MOTS-c, Epitalon, Semax, KPV just moved to Category 1 for compounding

The following 6 peptides will be able to be legally prescribed in the United States on Friday, October 30th:

Researchers followed about 1,000 older adults for 8 years and found 17 blood proteins tied to living longer or dying sooner. GDF15 was the big bad one.
Associations only, not a lifespan test. But I'd bet stuff like this shows up on longevity panels next to ApoB someday.
news-medical.net/news/202610β¦
Hawaii study found gut bacteria explained about 15% of the difference in how fast people were aging on a methylation clock.
Just an association, nobody showed changing your gut changes your clock. Still, eating more plants is about the cheapest lever there is.
sciencedaily.com/releases/20β¦
JAMA piece out yesterday from CSPI saying compounding BPC, TB-500, KPV and the rest would undermine the whole FDA approval process
I run a few of these so yeah I'm biased. But the part I can't argue with is if pharmacies can sell it why would anyone fund a real trial
